Advocate Teffo Malasela whom was representing four of five accused suspects in Killing the late Bafana Bafana and Orlando Pirates captain Senzo Meyiwa, exposed that there is a second docket which state is not using and it has different suspects with of the first docket.

 

This matter started to be in people’s mouths and grabbed people’s attention, wanting to know what happened exactly and how did it happened.

Few days ago, the National Prosecution Authorities in South Africa had argued the court to decide which docket they want to use between the two.

Today advocate Baloyi confirmed to the court that the second docket 375 which implicates people whom where in the house when Senzo Meyiwa was killed has been transferred from the DPP in Johannesburg to DPP in Pretoria.

Now all eyes are on this docket to see where its going since it implicates people such as Kelly Khumalo, Her mother Gladness, sister Zandile, Longwe Twala and two of Meyiwa’s friends.
