Kelly Khumalo and Longwe Twala might be arrested soon | State advocate confirmed the possibilities

State Prosecutor George Baloyi and the Judge, Tshifhiwa Maumela had some talk about the second docket and what’s going on with it now.


 

 

 

 

 

 

This is following the instructions by the National Prosecution Authorities to court to make decision on the second docket.

Today in court State Prosecutor George Baloyi confirmed that the second docket 375 which implicates people in the house when the late Bafana Bafana and Orlando Pirates captain Senzo Meyiwa was killed has been transferred from the DPP in Johannesburg to DPP in Pretoria.

Baloyi told the court that The Director of Public Prosecutions Pretoria is ceased with both dockets.

Judge Maumela responded by confirming that there is a possibility that there may be proceedings on that docket (375) and also advocate Baloyi confirmed that “Yes the DPP will make a decision”.

If the DPP choose to proceed with second docket, then this will mean that Kelly Khumalo, Longwe Thwala and others implicated will be arrested.
