Nomzamo Mbatha appears to be cooking something great with prestigious Marvel Studios.

The South African star shared photo of a new “unknown” character and tagged the American film and television studio that is a subsidiary of Walt Disney Studios.

Nom captioned the post with crying emoji, and it got followers thinking something big is coming from her end in collaboration with the actress.

“Wait … 😭😭👀👀👀 @lukaswerneck @marvel @marvelstudios @disneyplus … #Storm.”

“I wonder what you are up toooo baby sis you never stop to amaze me,” Kwa Mamhkize reacted.

“I smell a new character and voice coming” Kayise Ngqula said.

Presenter and actor Siv Ngesi has once again chucked the middle finger to the societal norms which associate men with masculinity. He has explored his feminine side and birthed an ‘alter ego’ that he has managed to name, thanks to the help from his fans.Siv took to Instagram to introduce a whole new woman to us as he has opted to try out drag for the very first time. The new look was made possible by South Africa’s Got Talent finalist Manila Von Teez, who hails all the way from Cape Town.

“An incredible art form” as he refers to it, Siv has finally fulfilled his desire of trying out the drag performance. He has named his female alter ego ‘Sivanna.’
In the video he shared, Siv said he was a bit hesitant to try out the art form because of his beard. Thanks to Manila’s expert make-up skills, he managed to pull off the look despite Siv’s masculine face.

“I’ve always been inspired by drag and drag is an incredible art form. I’ve always wanted to be in drag but I have always had a beard, and now I am shaving my beard off and going full in,” said Siv.iv then had to battle homophobic words from people with some pestering him to come out from the closet. He has reiterated a million times that he is not gay however people seem to think otherwise.

The last time he had to tell trolls where to get off was when he responded to tweeps question who asked him if he is gay. This was sparked by a picture of him taken from a rugby field wearing a rainbow armband (which seemingly represents pride).

He clapped back; “Are you heterosexual? Both of us have no right asking such bull****!”Siv also tried out a new sport of pole dancing last year. “Another new move on the pole! Loving this sport!,” he wrote. To give trolls even more heart palpitations, Siv went on to try ballet as well, “Had my first official ballet class! My core is hating me right now! This is a sport and an art combined!”

We love the courage Siv is taking and the extent he is going to show people that they should embrace themselves at all times.

South Africa’s TV and film industry is a very big thing all across Africa. This is because of its diverse genre in its TV shows and most importantly, its impactful actors. There are a handful of actors in the country who have been on people’s TV screens since 2 decades ago. These starts have captured people’s hearts and have grown with them with each passing day. It would seem that Connie can mostly be called a Tswana woman as she has known that life better than this one of South Africa. She still visits Botswana every now and then with her husband to check on her in-laws. She prides her self for being from 2 countries. In an interview she said that she is glad Shona Ferguson was from Botswana because he felt more like home, hence it was easy to fall in love with him.

The actor continues being one of the most respected people in the film industry. The Ferguson production company has produced multiple TV shows and films that portray what it is not only to be South African but to be black and African. They own one of the biggest shows in South Africa, the queen. Since it came back on screens. They have gotten multiple criticisms for how they treat the actors that work for them, but it is water under the bridge.

Some people wonder if it is possible to have 2 nationalities. It is not possible in documentation for some, but they can happen based on where you grew up. Since Connie grew up in Botswana she considers herself a Tswana person but her nationality in documentation has always been South Africa. She continues to say that she holds Botswana very dearly.
