“I was married to an older man. His first wife had died. He was an independent man. He had a horse carriage and cows. I would milk the cows and make butter to sell. That man treated me very well and made me forget about my life before him. I did not want for anything.”

DJ Maphorisa reaches out to Dr Malinga

It has come to light that Dr. Malinga has just been provided with a windfall by DJ Maphorisa in order to cover the SARS bill he owes.

The amazing dancer made an appearance on Podcast And Chill With MacG on September 8, 2022, and discussed his current struggles with money throughout the interview.

After accumulating a debt of R2.1 million, Dr. Malinga admitted that the South African Revenue Service (SARS) searched his residence and confiscated his belongings.

The stress of the situation was too much for Dr. Malinga, and she broke down and started crying on the podcast.

Since that day, people in South Africa have been doing all they can to provide him their support so that he may get back on his feet.

On the episode of Podcast and Chill that aired on September 19, stand-up comedian Mpho Popps said that musician and producer DJ Maphorisa provided R25,000 to Dr. Malinga so that he could get his life back on track so that he could get back on stage.

This was in spite of the fact that Dr. Malinga had a negative opinion of the hitmaker from Izolo.

Dr. Malinga has let it be known that he and the producer Kabza collaborated on a song, but eight months after entering the studio, the song has still not been made public. The dancer went on to say that DJ Maphorisa must have intervened in order to prevent Kabza from releasing it.

Phori and Dr. Malinga did not had the nicest friendship in the past between the two of them. Their argument became more heated a year ago when the dancer was accused by the producer of having hatred for him, and the producer threatened to shoot the dancer.

It’s possible that Maphorisa wanted to show Dr. Malinga that he was willing to work together by giving him R25,000.

Phori was not the only famous person to contribute money to the financially troubled musician.

Black Coffee gave R*** to Dr. Malinga as well as a donation.

Some people have been trying to book him in performances so that he can earn some money. He is going to be a part of Makhadzi’s One Woman Show that will take place in October.

Bank sells very ill Sophie Ndaba’s house, to go after her other assets

Very sick television actress Sophie Ndaba’s posh home in Johannesburg has been sold after she failed to service her bond with Mercantile Bank.

Ndaba, who has been battling sugar diabetes for several years, lost the house she bought for over R2.2-million in October 2021, after she struggled to keep up with her monthly instalments.

The heart-rending news came to the fore when Mercantile Bank was granted judgment against the talented thespian at the Johannesburg High Court a fortnight ago.

This came after the seemingly broke actress and wedding planner failed to pay the bank over R1-million shortfall from the proceeds of the sale of her home. The banking group is also likely to go after her other assets, if she has any, in order to recoup the whopping deficit.

The judgment, handed down by Judge Senyatsi on September 7, reads in part: “Having heard counsel and having considered the papers filed in the matter, the following order is made against the first and second respondents, jointly and severally, the one paying the other to be absolved.

“Payment in the amount of R1 089 588.08 [one million and eighty-nine thousand and five hundred and fifty-eight rands and eight cents] … Payment in the amount of R69 012.43 (sixty-nine thousand and twelve rand and forty-three cents].”

According to court documents that we have Sophie Ndaba and her company, Sophla Trading, who were cited as the first and second respondents, respectively, obtained a R2.2-million home loan from the bank to purchase the house on September 15 2016.

They were required to pay R22 347 in monthly instalments for 240 months. But the former Isidingo actress failed to honour the contract when she defaulted and was more than R80 000 in arrears.

On February 12 2019, the banking group instructed its lawyers to write a letter to Ndaba and inform her that she has breached the contract. When she failed to settle the arrears, the lawyers sent another letter on March 5 2019 telling her that the banking group was cancelling the agreement.

Mercantile Bank finally cancelled the agreement a year later, on March 5 2020, after Sophie Ndaba ignored its repeated attempts to get her to settle the arrears.

“Notwithstanding demand lawfully made, the first and/or second defendants refused and/or neglected to make payment to the plaintiff in the sum of R2 254 545.85 together with accrued interest thereon at the rate of 10.5% per annum, calculated daily and compounded monthly in arrears from 1 January 2019 to date of payment,” read the court papers.

Mercantile Bank asked the high court to give it an order to sell the house to recoup its funds.

“Wherefore the plaintiff prays for judgment as follows: as against the first and second defendants, jointly and severally, the one paying the other to be absolved; payment of the sum of R2 254 545.85 at the rate 10.5% per annum calculated daily and compounded monthly in arrears from 1 January 2019 to date of payment, both date inclusive.

“Declaring that the immovable property registered in the first defendant’s name held by it under the titled deed … which correlated to … Featherbrook Estate, Krugersdorp, be declared specially and immediately executable.”

Sophie Ndaba failed to respond to written questions sent to her at the time of publishing

After only a few years of marriage, the couple decided to end their relationship and divorce one other. They followed in the footsteps of those who came before them and orchestrated a spectacular wedding that was shown on Showmax back in 2017.

Despite the fact that they appeared to have the perfect marriage on paper, they are now on the path to getting a divorce. But despite everything that was going on, the two of them came clean and said that they would continue their relationship for the sake of their son, Netha Makhosini Jones.

Reason why Minnie Dlamini broke up with husband finally revealed

It would appear that there is a new chapter to be written in their epic. It has been established that Quinton now desires his original share in the business they jointly own, Beautiful Day Production.

Minnie Dlamini is the company’s primary shareholder and owns 75% of the business. According to reputable sources, he has the intention of severing his links with Minnie. However, it appears that things are already headed in a negative direction for the two of them. It has been rumored that the two have multiple business dealings together, and the fact that Jones has indicated that he will be resigning is a significant setback for Minnie Dlamini.

After Minnie Dlamini was caught cheating on her husband, he left her, and she is now refusing to sign the divorce papers.

He has made the decision to hand over the family house in Midrand to her so that she can raise their child there. However, despite everything that’s going on, there are whispers going around that Minnie won’t sign the divorce papers. This is according to the rumor mill.

Unsettling allegations have been made public, and the factors that contributed to the backlash they caused have been uncovered. After the demise of her brother, Minnie Dlamini is said to have a frosty attitude toward Quinton Jones, according to rumors.

A suspected affair in which Minnie was involved is reported to be the root cause of the couple’s decision to end their marriage and file for divorce. It has been reported that Minnie Dlamini is trying to distance herself from the difficulties caused by the divorce, despite the fact that she has not signed the divorce papers despite being served with the documents.

However, in the wake of their separation rumors being circulated, cuddly images between Idols SA judge Unathi Nkayi and Minnie Dlamini made the situation much worse.
