Fans think actress and DJ Thuli Phongolo had surgery

South African social media users have never been the type to keep quiet when it comes to celebrities and their life choices. This week, local actress and DJ Thulisile “DJ Thuli P” Phongolo was at the receiving end of buzzing after she shared a snap of her famous curves online. Many were immediately convinced that she — like many other stars — had gone under the knife.


 

 

 

 

 

Unfortunately for her, the “new look” did not get many hits and instead was critiqued by peeps who believe that her body looked just fine without and work.

THULI P’S ‘NEW BODY’ SETS TONGUES WAGGING
Former Generations The Legacy actress Thuli Phongolo has for the second time this year, left South African social media users buzzing.

This after she shared a clip of herself looking all sorts of curvaceous.

Almost instantly the clip made its way on to X (formerly Twitter) where it is being heavily critiqued by app users who questioned .

GREEDY FOR VIEWS?
In the comment section, many social media users accused her of being “greedy“. According to them, Thuli’s body was perfect the way it was and didn’t need any work done on it.

Here are some of those comments:

“There was no need really, she had a banging body already. Greed,” one person said while another wrote:

“Yeah this is definitely body dysmorphia and low self-esteem because she already had the body???”

“There is no lost citizens like South Africans. Always envying and practicing westernized cultured. Her body was perfect before,” a third added.

The now-viral video has gained thousands of reactions and comments since it dropped. Maboe was wearing a Bafana Bafana jersey and Adidas training shorts.

Mzansi was more than impressed with his drills. Despite having some missed shots, Mzansi gave him a nod and even compared him with some DStv Premier League players.

Many were more than convinced he was a rough diamond that needed polishing. Struggling Soweto giants Orlando Pirates fans even jokingly urged the club owners to turn to the star since they are struggling on goal.
