The late AKA’s latest album is finally out

The long-awaited album by the late legendary rapper AKA is now available! Friday, February 24, saw the release of the much-anticipated album Mass Country.

While preparing to promote the album, AKA, whose real name was Kiernan Forbes, passed away. Before his passing, he was promoting a few singles that had already been published from the upcoming album on social media.

In Durban, on the outside of an eatery on Florida Road, the singer was assassinated by unknown men. His family made a vow to his fans at his burial ceremony that they would distribute his songs and ensure that his legacy endured. Sjava, Nasty C, and Emtee are a few of the musicians included in Mass Country.

“We have really been engaged in this endeavor for years,” said NIvo Ndimande, the co-manager of AKA. “He revealed that the musician wanted to make an album that Mzansi and his followers would love and treasure. As he has done across the whole of his career by taking the flag along wherever he went, the Supa Mega wanted to make an album that sounded like home.

“An album for the nation’s common people,” remarked Nivo. By distributing his record to his followers, his family is helping him achieve his aspirations and goals, and so far, the reception has been fantastic,” he said.

a tattoo is a form of body modification made by inserting tattoo ink, dyes, and/or pigments, either indelible or temporary, into the dermis layer of the skin to form a design. Tattoo artists create these designs using several tattooing processes and techniques, including hand-tapped traditional tattoos and modern tattoo machines. The history of tattooing goes back to Neolithic times, practiced across the globe by many cultures, and the symbolism and impact of tattoos vary in different places and cultures.

Well known radio star loses her guest house after being implicated in Ekusileni power station fraud

The empire that a well known radio personality was building is slowly crumbling to the ground.

This comes after she was implicated in a massive fraud scheme that happened at Ekusileni power station.

The Special Investigations Unit (SIU) seized a guest house belonging to a prominent media personality who carved a niche for herself in radio.

Last week, the Pretoria Asset Forfeiture Unit was granted a preservation order by the Gauteng North High Court for the Casambo Exclusive Guest Lodge, owned by Carol Zenzele Sanderson.

This comes after investigations linked her to the infamous fraud that occured in Emalahleni.

Investigations proved that millions of Rands were involved.

National Prosecuting Authority and the Special Investigating Unit (SIU), which discovered, among other findings, that more than R24m in alleged bribe money was paid to a former Eskom employee, Duduzile Babalwa Moyo.

According to an article on the News24 website, Sanderson’s parent company fraudulently secured the multi million Rand tender.

Evidence discovered during the investigation indicated that Moyo was involved in the alleged fraudulent issuing of a water transport tender to Tamukelo.

Earlier media reports suggest that Eskom has lost over R400 million due to such illicit deals. This has caused massive financial loss at the beleaguered parastatal.

In what is believed by the MPA and SIU to be an effort to try and cover its tracks, Casambo Property Development has listed the commercial property for sale for R3m, a much lower price than the estimated value thereof.

South Africa is currently experiencing it’s worst loadshedding in years.

Rushda is also the founder and CEO of health and fitness business RushTush.

Her secret to balancing her personal and professional life is outsourcing where she can and being able to let go.

“Life is about your full story, not the last page. A big part of brand building is having a vision and a golden thread throughout everything.”

Her advice to mothers who are juggling work and family life is to remember that personal financial freedom is vital..

“Even if you find yourself in a union, don’t underestimate the power dynamics if a woman lives at the mercy of another party,” Rushda says.

“A woman shouldn’t pass up on her independence just because it will alleviate the pressure of doing it all. You are a woman before you are a mom.”
