Scandal actor Romeo Medupe’s new contract makes him one of the highest-paid actors in South Africa. Celebrated South African actor Hungani Ndlovu who plays Romeo Medupe on etv’s hit soapie Scandal made headlines last year with his shocking exit. The cheerful star exit from Scandal took Mzansi by surprise and many are still connecting the dots in regards to his exit

But however, with fans threatening to reject the show and a sharp decline of viewers in the last quarter Scandal was left with no option but to bring back the champion. Romeo has been brought back to the cast and Mzansi is excited and awaits for the drama to unfold. Rumour had it that his exit came in the backdrop of an upshot with the production team.

However, Ndlovu also felt that he was being targeted by some people in the production, and he just wanted to make things easy for them by resigning from the soapie. Moreover, for late Ndlovu, felt unappreciated at Scandal despite being the star actor. It’s not the first time for Scandal to be caught off guard by shocking resignations. It now seems as if Hungani Ndlovu and the production team have reached an agreement.

Rumour reaching out from close sources from Scandal has it that the star actor has been offered a rewarding big-money contract. Before his much-talked-about shocking exit saga, the star actor was being paid between R65 000 and R80 000 per month.No doubt that he would feel unappreciated since he was the face of the daily hit soapie. His new contract deal with Scandal seems to be one of the big-money moves of 2021. Rumour has it that Romeo Medupe will now be earning at least between R85 000 and R100 000 per month. However, Romeo salary won’t be fixed rather it will be determined by variables such as time on scenes and character impact on the storyline.

Khuli Chana is grateful to have invested his time and energy into music.

The star has really done well for himself in the music industry and his name will forever be known worldwide.

Taking to social media, Khuli asked where he would have been without music.

He also mentioned that music is everything he is now and he is grateful it is what he chose to do.

This was really heart breaking for Cassper as he felt that the 21 year was making progress as he spent two months going through rehabilitation.Cassper took to twitter on Friday to share about this latest development he said “Saddens me to have to post that after such a massive effort by myself, my team & the incredible Yolanda ‘Toni’, Mzwandile has decided to go back to the streets. He’d been clean of all substances for just over 2 months & making good progress at a rehab centre we had found for him.”

Cassper said that despite his best wishes for Mzwandile, he is powerless to make the young man do anything because he is 21 years old.
“Truly wish I could do something else to help, but Yolanda, my team, and I have tried all we could. Mzwandile is 21yrs old, we can’t fight or force him to do anything. Thank you to Yolanda for her sacrifice & continued effort to change Mzwandile’s life, thanks to everyone who responded when I asked for help to reach out the 1st time, we all did what we could but everyone travels their own journey and will change at their own willpower.”

Cassper went on to wish the best for Mzwandile, saying that he hoped that someday, he would leave the streets.
“I wish the incredible spark that Mzwandile is a great future and hope to someday see him off the streets and happy.
“Meeting him was very dear to me and a life-changing experience as the kid lights up rooms with his energy & I know he inspired me so much. Hopefully ntwanaka o tla fola ka nako ya gage.”
