This past weekend marked one year since AKAs last album, Mass Country, was released.

To celebrate this special occasion, AKAs team has announced that the album has surpassed over 99 million streams in the past twelve months—a remarkable achievement that only a few albums can boast.

“Mega numbers for the Megacy! Thank you to the Megacy for getting Mass Country this far one year later. The album has achieved over 99million streams. Megacy over everything, take a bow! Thank you to everyone involved in the project from producers to featured artists.”“I’m taking more time with the sound and just trying to come up with something new. I call it Mass Country because I wanted to touch on Mass Country like Maskandi. That’s kind of like the play on it,” he told Slikour On Life.

“It’s also to a nod on like there is also going to be traditional sounds on there. But also laced with pop and a bit of Kwaito influence. Hip Hop, you know how it goes. I’m going to put that all in the pot. And we are going to come up with something magic.”

“Since getting married, my friend’s life revolves around her husband”: The Blind Spot

A listener shares that her friend recently got married, and she is more than happy for her. However, her concern is that since getting married, her friend has made no time for their friendship and is always with her husband. She feels her friend has lost her sense of self, and her life revolves around her husband. Reaching out to “The Best T in the City with Tbose,” the listener wants to know if she could be missing any blind spots.

“Uncle T, my good friend, got married last October. While I am happy for her, I am starting to feel like her life now revolves around her husband. Ever since she got married, she’s been like a shadow of herself. She almost always goes out with her partner, and if she doesn’t, she must leave before 21:00. She left social media, and she no longer drinks.

“And I know that when you get married, elders tell you that your partner must be your friend and you must not have non-married friends, but what’s weird for me is that my friend has been with this guy for years and we would all always hang out, so why the change now? Could it be this is the reason why they say you can’t be friends with people who are not married because we are not understanding? Would I be wrong to cut my friend out of my life for my own sanity? What could be my blind spot?”

Solo and Dineo Langa on how answering their callings strengthened their union

South African power couple Dineo and Solo Langa recently graced the airwaves on My Top 10 at 10 with Tbose, where they delved into their love story, focusing particularly on the spiritual dimension of their union.

Solo shared that he had always been aware of his spiritual calling, but it wasn’t until he met Dineo that he truly understood its significance.

“Dineo started to feel these moments of this gift working. She was feeling all these pressures, and I wasn’t until I realised that my pressure point was her. What hurt me at the time was seeing her hurt,” he expressed. “It was understood that we are so intertwined, and if you are not doing anything about it, you’ll wake up every day and watch it hurt you.”

Solo emphasized that his spiritual calling always emanated from a place of love. “It’s your lineage urging you to pay attention,” he added.

Dineo discovered her calling later on in life. “Me discovering the journey for myself at a very later stage was very jarring for me. It came at me at 250 km per second. This is everything—senses, everything, when you get to sleep, everything. I had broken down so badly until I reached the decision, ‘I am just doing it,” shared the actress.

Throughout this period, the couple refrained from displaying affection, a sacrifice that, according to Dineo, deepened their spiritual connection. “It not only strengthened our bond spiritually but also aligned our ideals,” she remarked.

Inno Morolong has apologised to Lerato Kganyago after making fun for her miscarriage.

Inno Morolong has apologised to Lerato Kganyago after making fun for her miscarriage.
This comes after she said about Lerato “It’s not our problem, she has a loudmouth, and she disrespects people. You see how God is punishing her. She is infertile,” she said.Reality TV star and social media influencer Inno Morolong was called out on social media for her insensitive comments about Lerato Kganyago’s miscarriage.

On Thursday, Lerato shared that she is dealing with the pain of losing her baby on 12 February, and is struggling to come to terms with her loss because it’s not her first miscarriage.

Following Lerato’s heartbreaking news, Inno went live on Instagram making comments and being judgemental about why “God is punishing” the radio personality.

Inno felt that Lerato deserved to go through her miscarriage because she’s always showing off her material possessions, and this is why God was not granting her the one thing money can’t buy, a baby.

“If she had a miscarriage how is it our problem? The problem is she has a loud mouth and she disrespects people and this is what happens.

It’s life, it’s how it is, God will show you. God is like that, let’s say you’re Lerato Kganyago you are there showing people how posh you are, how many cars you’re driving then you try to have kids, what happens?”

Inno’s insensitivity to Lerato during her painful loss was not taken lightly on social media however, and a number of users called her out for rejoicing at another woman’s pain.

This prompted Inno to issue an apology to Lerato which did not seem genuine to most.

“Lerato Kganyago I’m sorry from the bottom of my heart. It was very distasteful of me to say such horrible things about you. Please find it in your heart to forgive me.

Sending you love and light sis.”

On Friday, 23 February Lerato shared that she didn’t want to make news of her miscarriage public, however she was forced to after someone decided to leak the news to media.
