She became famous about two years ago, after speculations that she has a daughter with reality tv star and Soccer player Andile Mpisane. Sithelo shares two beautiful daughters with the soccer star.

Recently, Sithelo was accused of neglecting her mother while slaying on social media, a picture of a house that is said to belonging her mother.
