VBS Cannot Take Jacob Zuma’s Multimillion Rand Nkandla Home

We must consider the fact that Jacob Zuma has expressed fears that the authorities are chasing him, which is undoubtedly causing him to worry about his children, and the fact that he seems unable to evade those who are pursuing him.

However, it seems unlikely that the various courts will be able to accomplish their goals in this matter, especially when we consider the fact that he was arrested and then freed for no apparent reason, making him effectively immune to prosecution.

Those who are still opposed to him and hope for his downfall are taking swift action to make sure he is dealt with severely; they don’t appear to be giving up easily, either, as they keep hauling him to court, where he has so far been unsuccessful.

Since VBS is powerless to seize Jacob Zuma’s multimillion-rand Nkandla estate, we can safely assume that he emerged victorious in the end. After all, his enemies apparently want to see him and his sixty-person family living in a tent.

We realize that despite Jacob Zuma’s enormous influence and authority, it does not come in the form of funds, so those who were eager to aid him cannot do so with finances, despite the fact that he has an outstanding loan debt of R7.8 million that he is apparently unable to pay.

Even though liquidators for VBS Mutual Bank were able to get a court order allowing them to seize assets owned by former president Jacob Zuma, his Nkandla home will not be included on the list. This came as a huge disappointment to many, but at least Zuma will be spared.
