That is the million-dollar question. Pretty has dealt with so much to be with this man. She is living in a strange polygamous arrangement where he is married to Khwezi, and she has heard damning evidence that points to him as Fanie’s killer from everyone, including her best friend, but she stays.

Granted, Kgosi deserves the treatment he is receiving from Lehasa. Also, Lehasa doesn’t know that Kgosi is spying for Petersen and Khwezi, but what does Pretty make of all this?
She has declined several requests from her family; even MaNtuli let go of her pride and asked Pretty to return home. It seems like nothing can break her. Let’s see if this new incident does the trick.
