As fans across the nation send their condolences and prayers, Shebeshxt’s mother, Mpho Chauke, has finally broken her silence to share the pain and anguish her family is enduring.

 

In an emotional interview, Mpho Chauke opened up about the devastating events that have left her family in turmoil. “Losing a child is every parent’s worst nightmare,” she began, her voice trembling. “But losing a grandchild and nearly losing your son in such a short span of time is a pain that words cannot describe.”

Mpho recounted the last moments she spent with her granddaughter, a vibrant young girl who brought joy to everyone around her. “She was full of life, always smiling and laughing. Her energy was contagious,” Mpho said, her eyes welling up with tears. “It’s hard to believe she’s gone. One moment she was here, and the next, she was taken from us.”The accident that followed only deepened the family’s sorrow. Shebeshxt, who was driving home after a recording session, was involved in a severe collision. The crash left him in critical condition, fighting for his life. “When I got the call about the accident, I felt like my world was falling apart,” Mpho recalled. “I rushed to the hospital, praying that he would make it through. Seeing him lying there, unconscious and hooked up to machines, broke my heart.”
