Mpisane was born in 1993, June 18 in Durban. She spent most of her life there and graduated from the University of KZN with a degree in housing and planning.

The reality television star and businesswoman also wished her daughter all the best for the rest of the year and encouraged her to focus on the future and forget the past.

In August 2018 Sbahle was involved in a horrific car accident that almost left her paralyzed. Over the last year and a half, the star has been taking things easy and recovering at her home. She’s now able to walk without any assistance and is back to doing what she’s passionate about and that’s fitness.
