Sfiso Ncwane’s Kids Take Ayanda To Court

Post main imageLate gospel singer Sfiso Ncwane’s two children have taken their stepmother Ayanda Ncwane to court in a bid to get their share of their award-winning father’s estate.

Snqobile Mzelemu and Sduduzo Dlamini represented by Pinky Dlamini, Sduduzo’s mother have taken the matter to the Master of the High Court. They are claiming Sfiso’s widow Ayanda is “dishonest and wants everything for herself” and want her to be removed as executor of the estate.

Snqobile who is now over 18 claims to have seen the late singers will and says she was left with nothing and that when her father was alive he maintained her.
She told Daily Sun that she no longer receives money and wants a share of the estate as she is unable to support herself.

Pinky, Sduduzo’s mother is currently not working and is unable to maintain Sfiso’s son that is why she wants a share of the estate.

A source speaking to the publication said, “For the past three years, Sfiso’s kids have been trying to reach out to Ayanda, but she ignores them. In 2018, they approached the Master of the High Court, to get what’s due to them.“They feel Ayanda wants to take everything for herself.”Sfiso in his will left his assets to his wife Ayanda. The will was signed on October 1, 2016, the singer died the same year on December 5.

The publication also alleges that there is speculation about the validity of the will and according to sources speaking to the paper Ayanda has been accused of sidelining Sfiso’s kids born out of wedlock.
