RIP| Former SABC &TV personality Angie Diale, 55, has died

It is a bad Thursday as shocking and sad news have been announced regarding one of the former SABC presenters.

The entertainment industry has once again been hit by death claiming the life of one of the talented presenters who contributed to the growth of the industry always bringing in more viewers.

Angie Diale is a South African media personality known for being an HIV activist, spokesperson and TV presenter. She is popular known for having been a presenter on SABC 1’s show called Relate whereby she assisted people in fixing their problems with those related to them. She was once a spokesperson for the National Department of Health’s Khomanani Campaign. Angie also referred to by many as Mam’ Angie is also popular known as the host of Mzansi Magic’s show called Please Step in.


 

 

 

 

Mam Angie has passed on the age of 55 years today at Leratong Hospital after suffering from a short illness being pneumonia and her passing was confirmed by her family.

“She was suffering from shortness of breath and subsequently treated at Tshepo Themba hospital yesterday. She was later transferred to Leratong, where she sadly passed in the early hours of the morning”, the family said in a statement.

“We kindly request to be afforded some privacy and time to deal with this sudden loss. Details of the memorial service and funeral will be confirmed at a later stage”,The statement continued.

It is indeed so sad that Mam Angie has passed on. However, she has played a huge role in bringing peace and resolving issues affecting relationships be it love or family relationships. Her work will never be forgotten even though the nation has lost one of the greatest legends being her. Condolences to her family, friends and colleagues. May she rest in peace.
