Pearl Modiadie’s baby daddy dragged on the Oppenheimer’s wealth.

Who’d have guessed a one-year-old’s birthday party would cause such a commotion? Pearl Modiadie has had to come out and deny claims that her child’s father is a member of a multi-billion rand family.

Earlier this week, Modiadie uploaded many images of her son Lewatle Oliver Oppenheimer’s themed birthday celebrations but it wasn’t the charm of the celebration but rather the last name that had everyone talking.

Modiadie and Nathaniel Oppenheimer are no longer married, but their kid is still raised by them. Although it shouldn’t have come as a surprise that he was present at their son’s wedding, many assumed Nathaniel was linked to the ultra-wealthy Oppenheimer family.

Modiadie instantly rejected the rumor on Twitter, denying any personal ties to the Oppenheimer family of South Africa.

De Beers, a diamond mining enterprise, helped the Oppenheimers acquire their vast fortune.

Nicky Oppenheimer, a billionaire businessman, is the most well-known member of his family. He is the richest individual in South Africa, with an estimated net worth of $8 billion (approximately R117 billion).

Nathaniel is a French businessman who dated Modiadie, a radio and television personality, for a few years. Modiadie had a very public engagement with Nkululeko Buthelezi years prior, thus the couple kept their connection discreet.

Nathaniel, on the other hand, has no connection to SA’s Oppenheimer, and little is known about him or his businesses. Modiadie, on the other hand, has shown respect for Nathaniel as a parent, including spending time with him on his birthday.

“Out celebrating a special day today!” she wrote. Baby daddy, I wish you a very happy birthday. Here’s to many more special moments and the most incredible parenting journey ahead of us as we raise the most incredible boy on the planet!”
