Patrick Shai is a South African actor and media personality. He is well known for his role on thes shows Soul City, Generations and Zero Tolerance. He is one of the founding members of Free Film Makers of South Africa. About a day ago Patrick posted a video on Twitter basically inviting Cassper Nyovest to the boxing ring and that he wants to beat him before he dies so that on his tombstone they can write ‘the man who beat that boy Cassper Nyovest.’ He ended the video by calling Cassper a ‘son of b**ch’. Which a lot of people thought was uncalled for.

Late yesterday he made a video apologizing to Cassper Nyovest for using vulger and cursing his mother. He said “i should have known better as an adult and i apologize for using vulgar language and i humbly apologize from the bottom of my heart for using such strong language towards your mom.”

Some people were happy he apologized while some suggested that it’s up to Cassper to accept or decline the apology. A tweep said “It’s up to Casper whether to accept the apology or not ..otherwise the rest can sit down because most of you are here just to stir up beef nothing else you just want drama.”

Cassper on the other hand didn’t seem to take the video’s personal and he replied to the apology video saying “These are some weird times yo. When everyone runs of out of ideas to trend they just think ‘Cassper Nyovest’.”

I think Patrick was wrong for involving Cassper mom and calling her a B*tch but overall the video was funny. I also think it was nice of him to apologize.
