Explaining on Mac G’s podcast, the Gqom queen said, Jub wanted to portray her as the antagonist in her relationship with Mandla.

Babes said the rapper went as far as encouraging her to be toxic to her fiancé whenever the camera is on them.

“I was portrayed as a person who is fucked up, drunkard. and Mampintsha as a saint,” she said.

The Wololo hitmaker said after being observant of Jub’s plan to ruin her life, she went legal against him.

The West Ink boss alongside his partner went to an attorney who gave an order to terminate the show. The attorney said if the show gets aired Jub will be arrested.

In addition to her explanation, the singer revealed that Jub Jub’s purpose of doing that, is to get payback against his baby-mama, who is believed to be Kelly Khumalo.

Suspect arrested in the murder of Itu Khune’s sister

Itumeleng-Khune-and-Mapula-Khune1The North West Police on Sunday confirmed that a 17-year-old was arrested for the murder of Mapula “Meikie” Khune.

The teenager is expected to appear before the Ventersdorp Children’s Court as on Monday, on allegations for the alleged murder of Itumeleng Khune’s 27-year-old Sister.

“This comes after the 17-year-old boy was charged on Friday afternoon, 5 March 2021, in Ventersdorp, following the alleged murder of Khune,” read statement from police.

Daily Sun reported on Thursday that at Ventersdorp police received a tip off that that there was house on fire in Tshing village, Extension 2, Ventersdorp and emergency services forced entry into a back room, and discovered the severely burnt body Khune on top of her bed. initially investigated an inquest, but after obtaining more information, the inquest was changed to murder,” said the police.

“Since Friday, additional cases of assault with the intent to do grievous bodily harm (GBH) have been reported as community street patrollers and family members have allegedly been assaulting alleged perpetrators for the murder of Khune.”

The Provincial Commissioner of North West, Lieutenant General Sello Kwena lauded police for their speedy response that ensured the apprehension of the perpetrator within one day after committing the alleged murder.He said the police will continue to work hard to ensure the safety of the most vulnerable and condemned the incidents of violence reported.

Further he cautioned members of the community to not take the law into their own hands, but co-operate with the police in order to ensure that justice is served as prescribed by law.

Babes, who’s latest album has just reached platinum status revealed that she wished she had saved up the money. The star, who revealed that she was making close to R1 million per weekend at the peak of her career, was not paying her dancers enough. She was spending her money on weaves and alcohol. “Looking back I could’ve done better,” she said.

Chatting about her PR company at the time, Bongekile revealed that she was overworked. “My PR Company at the time didn’t allow me to get any rest. At one point they asked me to dance in heels and I left the company.” The young girl from Durban was living her best life at the time. She even met Kendrick Lamar. “The awards were lit, I was performing everywhere. I lived life and I’m still living it right now. I was getting drunk. I met Kendrick Lamar and we were chatting to him through Face Time.”

“I made some celebrity friends in Pearl Thusi and Ntando Duma. I felt like I had arrived.” She said. “But my mom always knew how to put me in my place.
