Women are lucky because they can afford to switch up their look and even do other things to be more beautiful. It’s not everyone who is brave enough to change a hairstyle or even the colour. We applaud those that have the confidence. Everyone looks good in any colour, one just has to be confident about it.

Maumela Mahuwa is an actress and musician. She’d mostly known for her role on SABC 2’s Muvhango where she plays Suzan. She has played that role for over ten years now. She’s amongst some of the long standing actors on the show. She grew up being bullied and it such a beautiful thing to see that she didn’t let the bullies drag her down.

Maumela experiences a lot with her hair. She has shared a picture of herself in a blonde weave. It is one of the colours that need one to be confident and brave. Her on screen husband Azwindini couldn’t stop gushing over her and how beautiful she looks.

It was very evident that success is her middle name when she won the Miss South Africa and then went to make history by winning the Miss universe. You could even tell by her answers that she an ambitious woman who is filled of achieving great destiny. Right now we are about to see her other great talent coming to light. While we are on about her other talent coming to light, we have to say that she has landed the biggest piece of the pie.

In her new career, Zozibini Tunzi has became an actress and landed the biggest role of her acting career. She will be starring in the historical drama The Woman King.

 

 

In 2019, this model made history when she became the first black South African beauty queen to be crowned Miss universe. Her beauty, confidence and intelligence have won the hearts of many people.

Fast forward to 2022, this beauty with brains, I must say she has brains considering her intelligence, Zozi joins the likes of Viola Davis and Thuso Mbedu in the highly anticipated The Woman King film which is set to be released in September 2022.

In excitement, Zozi took to her Instagram account and announced these wonderful news. She expressed how excited she is about her newest gig.

This is what she wrote: I am so honoured and excited to announce that I have been cast for the film, The Woman King (@womankingmovie). It is a completely new world and first time experience for me so I enter it with the utmost respect and humility. Forever grateful and looking forward to #TheWomanKing.

She was met with lots of congratulatory messages in her comments section. You can tell people are so excited and already looking forward to watch her in this movie.

Being a mother is not a easy job, more especially if you love your children. There’s no formula for raising them, you just go with your instinct. Parents become happy when children are going to school and it’s perfectly normal. What’s funny is that an hour later they miss them and feel guilty of enjoying the peace of mind. Rachel Kolisi is a businesswoman and brand ambassador. She’s behind the success of Kolisi foundation which is giving back to many households. She’s a mother to four children whom she loves unconditionally.

Skeem Saam is a South African local drama series that started back in 2011. Originally, the drama series used to follow the lives of three boys who were going through tough conflicts.

The SkeemSaam time slot has been changed for tomorrow, Thursday 20th January 2022. Skeemsaam will play at 19h00, which is 30 years minutes later than its usual airing time. This is to accommodate the broadcasting Matric results 2021 announcement. It is sad for those who have no interest in the matric results announcement, and those who are committed to watching other shows at 7pm. However, it is only one day.

Anele Mdoda is a well known South African author, television personality and radio presenter. She is one of the most influential people in the country and around the world. She is a proud mother of one son and she knows how to juggle her work and her family. She is bold and beautiful and she has a sense of humour and personality.

She developed the interest and idea of radio at a young age, but she decided while in university that she’d learn how to be a Deejay. She met Grant Nash in 2004 who is now 5FM programme manager . The duo worked on their crafts and ended up finding their on-air chemistry, which eventually led to a long-term working relationship.
