Sbahle Mpisane exposes woman who advised her to cut off her foot

Sbahle Mpisane, the fitness guru from Mzansi, topped the trends when she engaged in an emotional Instagram Live. She was responding to a direct message (DM) on Instagram from a woman who advised her to amputate her foot in order to benefit from wearing heels and having more freedom. Sbahle read this DM while getting her tattoo, and it didn’t set well with her. She claimed that although she had to delete her Instagram account at the time, she continued to think about it and felt emotionally affected.

“I saw a DM from a girl telling me to amputate my foot so I may run, wear heels, and be flexible like her. I was like, “ugh whatever,” so I decided to just hop off Instagram, not pay attention, and keep working on my tattoo after reading her post. But the moment kept disappearing as I continued to think about it. After that, I start crying. The studio was large, and there were other people there. I sobbed aloud.

They were all enquiring as to whether my tattoo hurt. They questioned why I was crying, but I was speechless. I was devastated that someone could simply advise me to amputate my foot. Why would I wish to amputate my foot, for instance? She continues by saying that her mother requested the doctor not amputate her foot because it was practically hanging out following the accident. She claimed that Sbahle wouldn’t be happy and most likely wouldn’t be alive today if she woke up without her foot.

Year in review: Sbahle Mpisane and her near-death car accident

The doctor compared me to a toasted piece of bread that had crumbled up and had to be put back together, Sbahle added. “I’ve told ukuthi I fractured 80% of my bones so many times. People constantly have so much to say to me, and every time I look at them, I tell them that 95% of people wouldn’t survive what I went through. My body and face are both in wonderful condition, and I can still walk and put both of my feet on the ground.

Therefore, to have this chick order me to o and cut off my foot—the foot we spent a lot of money building, a foot my physicians had to attempt to build—is inexcusable. What are heels, men, for her to urge me to cut it off so I may wear them? Sbahle then began to lose her cool at comments made during her Instagram live where people advised her to simply accept the girl’s apology and move on.

Sbahle Mpisane Breaks Social Media Silence Since Accident

She continued by saying that because of previous suicide attempts, comments like these make her feel a certain way. “I have [tried] to end my life twice as a result of you people’s f***n remarks,” I said. Sbahle continued by saying that she wished she did not have to be alive to hear the cruel remarks made by trolls.

She cursed at the trolls who left comments on her live video, one of whom claimed she was wealthy, as part of Fitness Bunnies’ ongoing rants. Sbahle requested that these trolls unfollow her because she finds it odd that individuals who dislike her do so. Sbahle then brought up the example of Riky Rick, who had a perfect existence but ended up killing himself.

She began working as an assistant at Urban Brew the previous year, and the next year she announced publicly on all of her social media sites that she was head over heels in love with Quinton Jones, a cameraman and senior at the company. When she first arrived, the two were friends, but as time went on, they grew too close and chose to seek a romantic relationship instead of remaining friends.

In 2017, Minnie and her husband got married in two different ceremonies: the first was a regular wedding, and the second was a white wedding. They have a great son, which is truly a blessing for them. Minnie Dlamini was born on July 7, 1990, which means that in the year 2021, she will be 31 years old. Quinton Jones was born on the first of January in 1984, which means that he will be 37 years old when the interview takes place. Minnie is 6 years younger than Quinton Jones, hence Quinton Jones is the more experienced of the two.

On the other hand, judging from their outward appearances, Quinton seems to be at least ten years older than Minnie. This is based on his height as well as his general appearance. It was clear that he was much older than 40 years old.

Latest pictures of DJ Sbu leaves mzansi in awe

DJ Sbu is South African entrepreneur, music producer and radio host. The music producer has been on the entertainment industry for decades now, he owns Mofaya energy drink, most people might know him from hosting Friends like these on Sabc 1.

The radio host is known for encouraging the youth to pursue their goals and aspirations. Over the years the business man has maintained a very corporate look. He would wear suits and the latest fashion trends.

This seems to have changed as the Dj now has a completely different look. Dj Sbu no longer cuts his hair he has dreadlocks and growing a beard.

People have raised their concerns on this new look, some have expressed on how the look makes him look like a hobo, whilst others support the new look.

Perhaps the dj is in self discovery journey and wants to be as natural as possible. Dj Sbu has never explained his look to people and undoubtedly he owes no one an explanation, people look exactly the way they want to look.

The music producer should be supported and not body shamed, just cause he’s a man does not make any difference.
