Muvhango and its star-studded ensemble are no exception, with fans assuming that some stars are either older or younger than they are. The age of Muvhango actress Shudufhadzo Mathagwa has sent tongues spinning in Mzansi.

Shudufhadzo was introduced as Mpho’s sister in Muvhango’s famed cast in 2021. Mzansi was smitten by this young actress’ natural and unforced attractiveness. Shudufadzo has no acting experience and no qualifications for the part, yet she took it on like a natural.From the onset of her character’s debut onscreen, Ndiwavho had always been close to Mpho. After a few fights and teenage tantrums, she discovered that the woman she had believed all her life to be her sister was her mother. Ndiwavho then moved to Johannesburg from Venda to stay with Mpho and her husband, Tenda.

Shudufhadzo is still in high school and is 19 years old, much like the character she plays on Muvhango. Some fans were taken aback by the revelation since they believed she was of legal drinking age.
