DJ Fresh and E.tv soapie, Scandal! actress Dintle Nyathi, a character played by Mapaseka Koetle have been rumoured to be dating after sharing pictures and videos on social media showing the same background. According to several online news reports, sources close to the actress have confirmed that they are currently on a romantic getaway in the Seychelles.

The news has left South Africa divided, with many expressing surprise at the unexpected pairing due to their respective marital statuses.

According to DJ Fresh’s Instagram caption, he’s currently in Seychelles but he didn’t drop Mapaseka’s picture. However, @MDN News shared a picture of the stars posing in the exact location and claimed people close to them have confirmed that they are currently romantically seeing each other.

It reported that they are both on a vacation to the Seychelles after being in a relationship for some time now. The account wrote: “Veteran DJ Fresh and Actress Mapaseka Koetle are on a romantic holiday. Pasi could not hold her excitement, the bubbly actress took to Insta stories to show her followers how happy she was with Fresh”. The reports claimed.

It has been reported that both stars, who were previously married, were seen together at last month at the premier of the local film Honeymoon at the Emperors Place Hotel Casino Convention and Entertainment Resort in Kempton Park, Johannesburg.

Mapaseka allegedly separated from her husband Nelson Nyokong and moved out of their West Rand home. A source revealed that they tried to make the marriage work, but unfortunately it failed. Despite Nelson’s love for her, she fell out of love years ago.

They attempted to reconcile for the sake of their child, but it didn’t work.
