South African-based Botswana disk jockey, producer, and entrepreneur, DJ Fresh has seemingly dismissed suggestions he has bagged a new show to shed light on artists not being paid for their appearances.

 

 

 

This after a fake post suggesting he could present a new show on Moja Love circulated on social media.

The DJ responded saying he was not aware of the show.

“I have no idea what this is,” he wrote.

DJ Fresh launched a new podcast called WAW (What A Week) in February after his exit from Metro FM.

He spoke to GQ, about the inspiration behind the show and the direction he is taking.

“We are podcasting but we aren’t doing it the same way everyone else is. For example, some podcasts might look at stories making headlines from that week but we take a different approach to it, hence we have a comedian come in to chat about those headline stories.

“We are intentional with our interviews, have guests come in and, yes, we will talk about your career and highlights, but we pay special focus to their week. We had Minnie and their movie was in circuit that week, she shared on her work, life, family, and struggles,” he said.

After reports that Mzansi actress, reality TV star and queen of bling, Khanyi Mbau, and her Zimbabwean boyfriend Kudzai Terreance Mushonga aka Ndege Boy have split once again, during an Instagram Live video on Thursday evening, 26 May, Mushonga was seen cruising with another woman in his luxurious Rolls Royce.

During his Instagram Live, Kudzai had been teasing his online followers explaining to them that he was planning on throwing a huge party. He said he wanted to only invite the most important crowd and have everyone comes dressed to the nines. The wealthy businessman said all his guests would be staying at only the best hotels and will be chauffeured in luxury vehicles that would pick them up straight from the airport.

Mushonga has recently made headlines after he announced that he had been living it up at Atlantis The Royal Hotel. He boasted that he had spent over R230 000 to check himself in at the high-end luxury hotel. Earlier this week, he also topped Twitter trends after he was linked to an Arab stewardess Vanja Vićentijević.

Whilst the licensed stewardess took to her Instagram Stories to thank her new followers for the several new friend requests she got after trending as the new girl on Mushonga’s arm, Mushonga, on the other hand, dragged his feet before clearing the rumours that he was not involved with her.

He was seen driving around with an unknown woman and having the time of his life showing glimpses of the mystery woman to the viewers. The unknown woman can be heard telling Mushonga to take her to get some ice cream right before the Instagram Live video came to an end. Mushonga’s online followers took their curiosity to the comment section before the video ended and asked about Mbau’s whereabouts.

Khanyi has not confirmed nor denied having split from Mushonga. However, on her Instagram wall, she has deleted almost all pictures of her and Mushonga of which that’s where the rumours of them breaking up stemmed from. Instead, she has been too busy minding her business with the recent premiere of season two of Young, Famous & African. According to The Citizen, the reality TV star has received a lot of backlash since the show aired on Friday, 19 May,. She reportedly unhappy with the show’s editors and was quoted as saying,

“It was very hard, painful watch for me. It triggered me so much… I was watching the show with one eye open. It was painful, I saw the bad state I was in, and I struggled with my speech most of the time and zoned out 90% of the time. The show is so dramatic OMG! How did I live through this?

Speaking of Mofaya and Dj Sbu, there is a video of DJ Sbu and his daughter Wawa that has been getting quite a lot of attention on social media, and it seems as if Dj Sbu might have just left a lot of people impressed with what he was doing for his daughter in the video.

 

 

 

The video shows Dj Sbu’s daughter Wawa selling Mofaya energy drink to people, and in the background, Dj Sbu could be heard giving his daughter advice on how to greet people, and how to thank them before they leave, which means Dj Sbu was teaching his daughter how to sell.

A lot of people on social media were impressed with this, as there was a high number of people who posted this video and many of them pointed out that Dj Sbu is indeed teaching his daughter business, and how to deal with clients. People in the comments were even impressed with by this video.

After an artist by the name of Rabs Vhafuwi claimed Makhadzi owed him R16,500, she came under fire.

By posting images of their discussion in which the singer promised to pay but did not, Rabs criticized the MaGear hitmaker. Mzansi called Makhadzi out for allegedly trying to deceive Rabs, and the Limpopo-born star’s supporters defended her.

After claiming that Makhadzi owes him money, DJ and producer Rabs Vhafuwi has come under fire.

By posting screenshots of a dialogue they had been having for months, Rabs put Makhadzi on the defensive on Twitter.

According to the screen grabs, Makhadzi booked Rabs’ services for R20 000 but could only pay R3500, leaving an outstanding balance of R16 500.

Based on the chat, Rabs kept reminding the Ghanama singer to settle the fee. Rabs even agreed on settlements, but Makhadzi still allegedly failed to pay back the money.

In his tweet’s caption, Vhafuwi said he didn’t want the money back but said:
