Generations is a soapie that told stories of black South Africans who strive for a brighter future. It was created by Mfundi Vundla and first aired on SABC1 on 4 February 1994. It was a groundbreaking show that became the most popular daily drama in South Africa.

The video shows young Connie Ferguson playing Karabo on Generations. She was high on booze and crashed her dad’s formal event. She barged in and caused a scene, then tried to climb on the table and party with her father on the scene she was performing.

Tweeps were moved by how not-good Ferguson’s acting was in this scene. Some said she never improved her skills and had to create her own shows after leaving Generations in 2016.

Connie Ferguson is a successful film producer in South Africa with shows like Kings of Joburg, The Queen, Rockville, and a lot more.

It is also reported that Connie Ferguson met some of her old co-stars when she came back to Generations: The Legacy in April.
