The trailblazer continues to embark on her empowering philanthropic endeavors to tackle many plights endured by young people and it’s a beautiful sight to see. As she remains one of Mzansi’s successful celebs doing big things abroad, she does not forget about the predicaments many experiences here back at home. Hence she wants to empower the underprivileged with the hard-earned cash she works hard for.

As the back-to-school fever has hit Mzansi, the Coming 2 America actress has announced that her foundation The Lighthouse is embarking on a nationwide search for primary schools that are in need of support, to donate 500 packs that include a school jersey, a pair of school shoes, goodies from CottonOn, and toiletries from Unilever SA.”The @nomzamo_lighthouse is so excited to announce that we are embarking on a countrywide search for Primary schools that are in need of support. “We are also looking for a High School in the EASTERN CAPE as we would like to support GRADE 10 learners with a full pack/set of stationery to start the year off.”The starlet recently announced that in collaboration with Holywood Bets, her foundation will be donating a whopping amount of R1 million towards the youth who are unable to pursue their academic dreams in tertiary institutions due to lack of funding.

“At the beginning of the year, we gave away over R500 000 worth of bursaries to 70 deserving young people across the country. It’s my honour to announce that @hollywoodbets has trusted my @nomzamo_lighthouse foundation once again with a sponsorship of a further R1 MILLION for us to award South African youth who wish to pursue their tertiary education or who have outstanding fees! From my heart to yours, here’s my Christmas gift to you. To APPLY, find the LINK IN MY BIO and follow the steps! Good luck. I’m rooting for you!” her post reads.
