On Tuesday, August 29, the Bloemfontein Magistrates Court heard in detail about Nandipha Magudumana’s relationship and suspected criminal activities with convicted rapist, murderer, and fraudster Thabo Bester.

In her bail application, the celebrity cosmetic doctor made some shocking allegations.

 

However, while Magudumana’s counsel argue that bail is her fundamental right, the state contends that the lady who conspired to free her sweetheart from prison and then fled the country should not be released.

The bail application will be heard again on Wednesday.This despite previous reports by Laerskool Danie Theron that Bester’s highest education was up until grade 7.

Bester paid lobola for her, despite her being a married woman

Magadumana alleges that she and Bester began dating in 2017, and he paid lobola for her in 2020. However, Nandipha – who wed Mkhuseli Magudumana in 2013 – claims she had merely separated from her husband.Nandipha has not seen her husband or children since she left the country.

Nandipha dropped off her two children at their respective schools on 15 March 2023. Unbeknownst to her family, she then skipped the country with Bester.

According to an investigating order, she only made one call to her husband during her incarceration.

Nandipha unlawfully practised at her medical firm, until her arrest.

The businesswoman was suspended from HPCSA in 2021. According to the regulatory body, Magudumana is not a registered doctor.

Thabo Bester ‘forced’ her to flee the country.

But the biggest bombshell of the day was Nandipha’s claim that she was forced to flee the country against her will.
