Murdah Bongz was left in a state of emotional distress

Murdah Bongz, the husband of DJ Zinhle, has been ordered by the High Court to return the equipment from the Black Motion studio that he is suspected of stealing.

Bongani “Murdah Bongz” Mahosana was charged with burglary and theft in December 2022 after Spirit Motion, the record label that is the owner of Black Motion, launched an investigation against him. Olievenhoutbosch Police Station, located to the north of Johannesburg, was where the incident was initially reported.

The previous year, Murdah parted ways with Black Motion in order to concentrate on his solo career. Since then, Kabelo “Problem Child” Koma has taken his place as the new captain.

Sunday World was informed by a source that: Murdah moved out of the home that he, Mokgoko, and Thabo “Smol” Mabogwane had purchased together in order to be with his wife, DJ Zinhle. The source claimed that a few days later, Murdah broke into the house, destroyed property, and deleted songs that Smol and Problem Child had recorded before fleeing with Smol’s passport. The source made these allegations.

After a few weeks had passed, Murdah went back to the house and broke into it to steal studio equipment, which resulted in the record label filing a case against him.

After the case was brought to light, Spirit Motion and Murdah came to an understanding with one another. The High Court issued a ruling on the 10th of January 2023 ordering Murdah to restore the studio equipment he stole by the following Friday. The order from the court read:

The following order is established as a result of an agreement reached between the parties (Spirit Motion and Bongani Mahosana):

The equipment used in the recording studio is to be returned to the applicant’s possession by the respondent on or before Friday, January 13, 2023 at 17:00.

Black Motion expressed a high level of satisfaction with the decision. It gloated on its social media accounts, posting the following:

“Tick-Tock

“Always enter like a cat and go like a lion. But NEVER arrive like a lion and go like a kitten. Always keep a low profile.”
