Multi Award-Winning Kwaito Group Big Nuz Is Back After A Long Hiatus

t’s safe to say that Big Nuz released the most iconic songs that dominated throughout the festive season. The cultural impact that they had was unmatched but after R Mashesha passed away, they decided to focus on their solo careers. Mampintsha who is now married to Babes Wodumo once hinted that they want to revive the group due to popular demand. Join us as we unpack more of the story below and share the latest.


 

The remaining members of the group – Mampintsha and dropped an album titled R Mashesha which is a tribute to their late member. “We strongly believe that he is the one that reunited us because he loved this group so much” – said Danger. Last week, the duo released a single titled Ngeke which stands a good chance to be on high rotation this coming December. Having formed the group in 2002, they have multiple awards and hits to prove their track record.

The people are happy

Fans have been long awaiting something like this, especially those that love house music. It’s a 15 track album which features Babes Wodumo, DJ Fisherman, Q Twins and DJ Tira just to name a few. “We strongly believe that this album will do good because of the amount of work we have invested in it” – said Mampintsha.
