A home-coming celebration fit for a Queen.

Miss South Africa Shudufhadzo Musida who was crowned Miss SA on October 24, has kicked off her homecoming tour in Limpopo and the reception has been nothing but a rapturous reception. The Venda beauty queen is currently in her home town to celebrate her title on the three-day homecoming tour in the amazing city of Limpopo. Musida was welcomed by Limpopo Premier Chupu Mathabatha, Capricorn District mayor, Vhembe District Municipality mayor & Polokwane Local Municipality mayor among other MEC’s.

The luxurious Meropa Hotel and Casino on Thursday, November 12 where she did a street parade from the casino to the well-known SABC park driving on Landros Marie Street. The parade the continued on Thabo Mbeki Street, making a turn onto Market Street to the popular Exclesior Street. The parade made it’s last stop at Hans Van Rensburg Street and all roads led back to Meropa Casino to continue the celebrations.

The second day of the homecoming celebration on November 13th commenced at the Takalani Children’s Home in the Vhembe District Municipality, where she was welcomed by the VhaVenda King and Makhado Municipality mayor at the royal Kings Palace. The Siloam Hospital was also blessed by her presence where she did a meet and greet with women that sell fruits prior to going to the Malamulele which is also known as Nsovo Special School.

Fulufhelo Special School was also in awe Thohoyandou during day two of the celebrations, as Miss South Africa mad a stop to make donations and continue with yet another dazzling street parade from Vhembe TVET College in the hearty Makwarela Campus. The parade began at Sibasa Street which hosts the prestigious University of Venda right after passing Mphedu Drive. Thohoyandou CBD Post Office Street also got the opportunity to be part of the celebrations where it all ended at 2 Ten Hotel. Many are looking forward to the third day in high anticipation as the visit will start at Tsakambilu Day Care Centre, and end at Vhangani Village.
