Junior Kanye: These Players Should Leave Pirates Amid Ndumiso Mabena’s Signing

Pirates have about 7 players who can play as strikers.

One will ask why sign Ndumiso Mabena, if they have so many attackers up front.

This is another area of concern. Erasmus is over 30 as well as Mabena. Erasmus will probably keep his place in the starting lineup.

The likes of Peprah, and Eva Nga have struggled to score goals.

Pirates probably bought Ndumiso(35) to find other ways of scoring goals. it means he could come in the second half as the second option to Erasmus.

it could have been great if Ndumiso was a bit younger.

Pirates did not extend another quality player Happy(35) Jele’s contract but they bought Ndumiso who is also a quality player. You start to wonder what is Pirates’ recruitment policy.

However junior believes that Pirates made the right decision by signing Mabena.

He is adamant age is not a problem, because at the world cup the are players who are over 35 and still playing like Ronaldo(37) and Pepe(39)

Mabena has raw talent when he first came to the Pirates previously he was competing with players like Benni McCarthy and Thulasizwe Mbuyane. It was difficult for him to break through the first time.

He also went the same route as Themba Zwane from Sundowns. Who was loaned to get game time somewhere because of competition.

Pirates seem to be getting it wrong when it comes to foreign strikers. Junior is adamant that Eva Nga, Peprah, and Dzvukamanja should be released in January.
Junior recons Eva Nga was just a business deal that benefited the agent.

It seemed like Pirates waisted money by buying Eva Nga. Who was signed in August.

He was supposed to remain at Chippa

Junior recons that Lepasa could also leave Pirates. He is blowing hot and cold.

He should be loaned to get more experience in another club.
