Have Faith Returns For Season Two The Twerk Queen is back

MTV Africa has officially announced the return of the hit reality show, Have Faith, starring media personality, Faith Nketsi and her dynamic family and friends. The star of the show will be showcasing her transition from major socialite and television star, to the Boss business mogul she has grown to be. According to a statement from the channel, the second season will see her trying to reinvent her image from a sultry host to building a business in the competitive beauty industry.

Season 2 will be premiering exclusively on MTV on Monday, 2 November at 21:30 CAT. MTV stated, “The show’s renewal follows a successful season 1 debut, where Faith made history by becoming the first female celebrity to have her own reality show on MTV Africa. The show gives viewers an intimate look into the life of one of South Africa’s most controversial and most talked-about personalities. Faith Nketsi’s path to stardom has been a unique one. The socialite rose to fame as the lead dancer of the all-girl dance group “Pro-Twerkers”, building a massive following on social media that opened doors for her as an influencer and a club hostess.”

Faith has also stated, “This season my fans can expect the unexpected. I will be making boss moves as I expand my business interests and challenge myself to leave my comfort zone to achieve my dreams. The road hasn’t been easy though, and this season will be a lot more personal as I connect with those closest to me including family and old friends.”

The new season will also see new faces, as Kabelo Nketsi, Faith’s brother, and cousin Refiloe Nketsi who is a former member of the “Pro-Twerkers”, join the show. She will also be giving viewers a closer look at her immediate family including her mother, father, and siblings. The star is also expected to reunite with former “Pro-Twerkers” dancers Theresa and Samantha Malinga as they attempt to relive the days that brought them together.

Faith’s BFF, Kim Kholiwe who was a fan-favourite from season 1 will also be returning, as she continues to open up about the personal traumas she has endured which include her brother’s drug abuse and family issues. According to the statement, on season two, she wants to keep her family away from the cameras, with the spotlight focused on her. She is starting a family and reveals her pregnancy and her worries about being a single mom with an absent baby daddy.

Faith’s personal assistant Andzelo Tivani returns this season, following a dramatic season 1 where he came out to his family. This season is not expected to be any easier as he faces the reality of his parents’ divorce and his mother’s illness.
