After Brave Battle with Stage 4 Lung Cancer”

Afrikaans rapper Angelique Eurika Greeff, widely known as Angie Oeh, passed away on Saturday after battling Stage 4 lung cancer. The 24-year-old artist succumbed to the illness while receiving treatment at a hospital in Pretoria.

 

 

Angie Oeh had been valiantly confronting Stage 4 lung cancer, a challenging diagnosis that she had bravely faced. Wynand Myburgh, also known as Valkie van Coke, who was both Angie’s manager and friend, expressed deep sorrow at her untimely demise. He shared, “It is very sad and very terrible to lose Angie at such a young age. Those who met her or have worked with her will know how wonderful and special she was.”

Angie Oeh’s presence and contributions within the Afrikaans rap scene were appreciated by many, and her passing marks a significant loss in the world of music. Her legacy will undoubtedly live on through her work and the memories she created during her time as an artist.
