South African media personality Basetsana headed online to celebrate her anniversary with a heartwarming post dedicated to her husband Romeo Khumalo. The pair have been married for 23 years and are going as strong as ever.

Many of their fans couldn’t help but gush over them in the comment section of the viral post.

South African television personality Basetsana Khumalo and her husband Romeo have been married for 23 years already.

Taking to Instagram, the former beauty queen celebrated their anniversary with a heartwarming post which reads:

“26 years of knowing you and loving you…feels just like yesterday.
23 years of being married to you. What a ride it has been, and I wouldn’t change anything. I would marry you again and again and again. I married my best friend, my confidant.

“Thank you for being my number 1 cheerleader and supporter. With you I feel safe, I know I am deeply loved and protected. Thank you for the blessing of our three amazing children, thank you for your devotion to us, thank you for being a great father.

“May the Lord bless you and keep you;
the Lord make his face shine upon you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace.”

Sportscaster Mpho Maboi believes that she and former Kaizer Chief player Reneilwe “Yeye” Letsholonyane would still be together if they never got married.

 

‘MARRIAGE RUINS EVERYTHING’
Maboi revealed in an interview with 702’s Relebogile Mabotja this week that she and the soccer star got divorced in 2021 after two years of marriage.

Maboi adds that by the time Musa Khawula broke the story about their divorce in June 2022, they’d been divorced already.

The sports personality also reveals that marriage ruins everything and believes if she and Letsholonyane had never gotten married, they’d still be together.

“Marriage changes everything, it changes how people view you, the family view. The dynamics change.”

She also rubbished Khawula’s reports that she married for money and adds that black people don’t know love.

According to the newborns birth certificate obtained by media outlet The Blast, Paris and her husband, who are both 42-years-old, named their newborn daughter London Marilyn Hilton Reum.The document, which was reportedly filed with the Los Angeles County’s Vital Records notes that London was born on the 11 November on her parents’ wedding anniversary, at 11:43 a.m. at the Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California.

 
The reality TV star announced the birth of her baby girl on Thanksgiving.

In a post to Instagram, Paris Hilton posted a pink two-piece set on Thanksgiving. Shap captioned her post with, “Thankful for my baby girl”.

The baby’s name “London” was printed on the front of the top. A pair of hot pink heart-shaped sunglasses and a knitted toy bunny were also added to the outfit.

In a TikTok Paris Hilton also indirectly alluded to the arrival of her daughter when she asked her niece and nephew, “[Are] you guys excited for your new cousin?”.

A source close to the reality TV star told Page Six that she is thrilled about the new baby.

“She’s so thrilled about the baby”, the source exclusively told Page Six.

The source continued: “Paris is just completely head over heels with the new baby. She’s in the most positive stage of her life”.

Paris also spoke to Extra telling the media outlet that she’s “never been happier”.

“These two babies just bring so much joy to my life. My heart feels so full… I just feel so lucky to have found my fairy-tale ending with my prince and now my little angel babies”, she noted.

Actor Siyabonga Shibe has abandoned and blacklisted his family. The Sibongile & The Dlaminis star is said to have told his mother and his brothers that he wants nothing to do with them. The problem alleged started when a child came into his life and claimed that she is his long lost daughter. This is the same person who claimed Sfiso Ncwane was her father after he passed away.

His brother told ZiMoja that Siyabonga no longer buys food for their mother. “We don’t understand how Siyabonga got to this point. Our brother has stopped buying grocery for our mother. He told our mother he doesn’t want her from a bar of soap. A family member of multi award-winning afro pop musician, Zahara, who is fighting for her life at a private hospital, has come out to say she suspects the singer has been bewitched by close family members, that?s according to a reliable source. According to the source, the family member suspects someone close to Zahara, real name Bulelwa Mkutukana, poured muthi in her drink.

Zimoja has learnt that Xaba had sent a lobola delegation to the Mkutukana household to ask for Zahara’s hand in marriage. But two days after lobola was paid, she was rushed to the private hospital in northern Jozi, where she was admitted to a medical ward. Two weeks later, she was transferred to the ICU when doctors realised her condition was deteriorating.

The source said, “What is surprising is that when Zahara celebrated her 36th birthday on November 9, she was as strong as an ox. She didn’t show of signs of being sick.” But now the Loliwe hitmaker is in a coma, fighting for her life. But the source said when they think back, they realise that someone might have had a hand in derailing Zahara from being Mrs Xaba.

“A relative must have gotten pissed off when they heard that the Xaba family were coming back to pay the outstanding amount of lobola. We suspect that Zahara was either poisoned or muthi was put into her drink ,” the concerned source says a relative of Zahara told her. According to a source, Xaba is concerned that some people think he wants to marry Zahara because of her money.

But this far the truth. “Remember that Mpho was introduced to Zahara by a mutual friend. He is an engineer who works for his own money. Things could have been worse for Zahara had Xaba not included her as a dependant on his medical aid,” said the source who sympathises with Xaba.

Some people in the Mkutukana family are convinced that Xaba was saving Zahara’s life and career by proposing to marry her. Zahara has been unlucky in love with all her partners. We were happy to see that she finally found someone who treated her like a queen despite her flaws,” said the source. For now Xaba is a regular at the hospital, and so is Zahara’s mother.

A few days ago, Xaba had a tiff with Zahara’s two sisters, Lumka and Bandezwa, after he alleged overheard them discussing issues a life cover against Zahara’s life. The two were also accused of abusing Zahara’s bank cards by going on a shopping spree in downtown Jozi.

Currently, security is tight at the ICU where visitors are scanned as Xaba told hospital management not to allow anyone inside Zahara’s ward if he did not give them a green light. Family spokesperson Oyama Dyosiba refused to comment.
