Mampintsha finally addresses Babes Wodumo and his mothers’ beef

AS the famous saying goes: when life gives you lemons, make lemonade.

That is exactly what Mandla “Mampintsha” Maphumulo has done.

His mother recently appeared in a video bashing his wife Bongekile “Babes Wodumo” Simelane.

Among the many things she said, she accused Babes of faking her pregnancy and putting sponges in her tummy.
Mampintsha didn’t entertain that video.

Instead, yesterday, he posted a photo showing himself and his new wife sitting in what looked like a restaurant.

He then captioned it: “No maka Spontshi” loosely translated, with Sponge’s mother.People loved what Mampintsha did, saying they respect him for not letting his mother get in the way of his happiness.

“Love how you always manage to turn negative things into things that work for you,” said Nondumiso Mabasa on Facebook.

“I love how you’re making a joke of that situation. You’re making lemonade out of lemons,” said Anele Njapa.

“We are now waiting for a song that says ‘there’s a sponge in this tummy’,” wrote Minenhle Mhlongo.

Babes and Mampintsha tied the knot in a joyous traditional wedding in KZN last weekend.

They got engaged in October last year.

Lady Du clears the air on Angisho Guys theft between Cassper Nyovest and Mpura.
The rapper officially released a song with that title on Friday, 30th of April and it made wave as it trended on social media. Some hours later, few persons publicly said the song sounds familiar, and investigation made it clear that Mpura had released a song with same chorus and title in early March.

Before people could successfully condemn Cass for stealing the song, DJ Lady Du who is a featured artist on Cass’ song, tweeted about the Angisho Guys theft saga.

According to Lady DU, Mpura is the the thief.

“No, it’s not. He took a song out of the original studio. That’s wrong JR, that’s why it didn’t go anywhere!!! You can still the plan but not the vision,” she explained to a fan.

“It was cass’s song from the beginning nje,” she added.

Another person named Vinyl Deep confirmed Du’s claim. “And We’re fully behind you @Ladydu10 … I always knew about the song cause we first had a cut from it… until @MPURAPUDI released that one which didn’t make waves… the one with @casspernyovest is fire,” he said.
