Andile Mxakaza has decided to put a beautiful smile on the face of his fiancée, amapiano artist DJ Lady Du.
The star however, upgraded the ring he gave his bae few months ago after he popped the question.

The couple started dating early last year but Andile knew he’d found the one and asked Lady Du to marry him in August 2020, three months into their relationship.

Fast forward to May 2021, the pair have been living blissfully and Andile felt his hard working wife-to-be deserved a bigger rock on her finger, so he roped her brother in to help him plan a surprise “ring upgrade proposal” earlier this week.

Lady Du shared a video of her shedding tears of joy after she saw a bag from the jewellery story.

“We got engaged last year August, 3 months into the relationship. I’ve never been so happy my entire life. Today he decided to upgrade my ring. It’s our birthday month, since I’m busy he and my brother planned all this. Andile, I love you king I really have no words ”

The drama series saw its name going down in the history books of South Africa Soapies after it reached the 2 million viewers mark within three weeks after its debut. In the come around of all these big wins, the soapie recently got Mzansi talking. It was announced that three of its current hot head will be axed soon. However little is known if it’s a domino effect or what. But of interest amongst the three axed is Thulane Shange played Mandla.

Talented actor Thulane Shange has reportedly been fired once again from a popular production. After allegedly getting fired from Uzalo, Thulane scored an acting gig on the popular Etv show called Durban Gen as Doctor Mandla Ngcobo. Entertainment commentator Phil Mphela gave the scoop on his popular channel The Entertainment Alert where he revealed that Durban Gen will be letting go of three cast members at the same time.
The telenovela is letting go of Lihle Dhlomo who played the role of Doctor Precious Dlamini, Sifiso Sibiya who played Bab’ Gumede and Thulane Shange played Mandla. Thulane joined the show recently but will be let go very soon. This raises eyebrows because he is a pretty gifted actor. Many grew to love him on Uzalo but also left prematurely due to the same reasons, issues.

Rumour has it that Thulani Shange is being let go because of contractual disputes. It has been established that the actor and the production company [Stained Glass], could not reach an agreement on his fee.”
