Mampintsha Reminds Tira Of The Real Person He Is

DJ Tira and Mampintsha have had their disagreements which resulted in headbutts over the years. We saw the artists go their separate ways which resulted in Mampintsha having his own record label West Ink. He was able to shine on his own as he signed Babes Wodumo in his label which proved to be of great success.

Their beef was pretty obvious as the media ran with the story but the two managed to squash it. Mampintsha has decided to send out a reminder to DJ Tira, he stated that the DJ may not be aware of the person he truly is. The Kwa Zulu Natal DJ was celebrating 16 years in Afrotainment, he awarded his artists with awards on the 24th of June. The likes of Qwabe twins were among those who got awards which included Naak Musiq and other signees on the record label.

The member of Big Nuz decided to give praise where it’s due, he called Tira a legend.

“now everyone go ahead and tell DJ Tira he’s a legend. he doesn’t seem to realise. I hope we uplift our beloved artists more so they never forget exactly who they are. From Westink CEO 🤍🎥”

He felt like he wasn’t aware of his greatness and the lives he has managed to touch over the years. Tira released his new album titled Rockstar yesterday which ranked number one on iTunes. He featured a number of artist on his album, Limpopo artist Makhdzi is among those featured and some of his record label artists like Q Twins and Beast make an appearance.

It’s great to be recognised while you are still alive, I’m certain Tira will appreciate Mampintsha’s words.

Uzalo – Is ‘Mr Oxford Dictionary’ Nyawo now taking South Africans for a ride?

Uzalo is South Africa’s most popular soapie and millions tune into SABC 1 every week night to watch the drama unfolding.

Nyawo is one of the less celebrated cast members of Uzalo but he surely has a way with the Queen’s language – English.

His acting skills are not really up to par with the rest but when he starts speaking in English, even the academics place their books on the table and take notice.

Nyawo broke the internet this past week when he ambushed captain Mondli and Lilly at the police station demanding to know why he was thrust out in the cold on an investigation.

Mondli and Lilly did an operation to nail down Nkunzi and Nyawo was kept out of the loop. This angered him and he decided to make his thoughts heard.

As usual, he used deep English grammar to express himself. He took it to a whole new level when he said the word – hononficabi something something –

What shocked South Africans is that they had never ever heard of the world.

Many took screenshots and scrambled for their dictionaries to look for the word. Many expressed their displeasure on social media saying they had failed to dig up the word.

Has Nyawo taken it a bit too far?

THE RIVER| here’s what’s going to happen between Mabutho and Nomonde this July

We all know that love is a beautiful thing, and a beautiful things are likely to be scarce. The 1Magic’s telenovela; The River is about to prove that no matter how heartbroken you may be, that doesn’t necessarily mean that you won’t get love ever again.

Mabutho, played by Thembinkosi Mthembu used to be in a relationship with Itumeleng ‘Tumi’ who’s now a deceased. Tumi and Mabutho’s relationship was not liked by many people because it started as an affair. However, their love was not determined by what people were saying or how they felt about them, they were in love in such a way that they never cared about anyone who was being affected by the relationship, like Lindani.

Mabutho has been single ever since Tumie died in February, which means he will be turning 6 months single on July. Well, according to July 2021 teasers, “Cobra has nowhere to hide and Nomonde starts to ask questions about her prince charming.” Who do you think is the prince? Well, I continued reading, and another teaser was like: “Mabutho finally gives in to the pressure and opens his doors to Nomonde”.

Mabutho and Nomonde; played by Linda Mtoba are going to be in a relationship, and seems like their relationship will have hiccups, because the teasers also stated that “Mabutho fears that his relationship with Nomonde is a ticking time bomb and an unforeseen situation at Paulina’s tavern creates major tension”. Why am I not surprised? Nomonde has always been a drama Queen and why on earth would she change all of the sudden?

By the way, let’s keep on watching to see more drama and entertainment on The River. The River plays on 1Magic, channel 103 Dstv, Monday to Friday at 20:00. If you don’t have that channel, simply install the Showmax app on your Mobile and pay only R50 per month to watch any Dstv show you want.
