A former YoTV presenter Musa Mthombeni and former Miss SA Liesl Laurie. The star Musa made his name very popular between year 2001 to 2008 where he was presenting kids show on the SABC 1 YoTV . Musa is currently not in the entertainment industry anymore as he took the health industry , he is now known as Doctor Musa Mthombeni .

Social media was buzzing and congratulating the former TV star and some comments were asking why he hide her for so long , some followers were confused if is the same Liesl that’s was in a relationship with Proverb from the South African Idols.

Nonetheless congratulations to the couple for taking a huge step in life . I wish them nothing but the best in their relationship

“Can’t believe it’s been a year of your life, you came into the world at an uncertain time and you made everything Make sense, you’ve come as a gift from God like Your name suggests, giving us endless laughter and joy, I’m so honoured to be your father, what a privilege to witness you grow. I love you son,” the musician said.

The star turned 26 on Monday, 28 June and she has announced the start of a fundraiser for her 26th birthday to help raise awareness about human trafficking.
 

Demi-Leigh launched the campaign last week, asking people to donate to the cause.

To date, she has raised over $100,891 (R1.44m)

“I’m so thankful that God has blessed me with another year, even more, I’m so grateful that so many of you guys have helped to affect the precious lives of survivors of human trafficking by contributing to my birthday fundraiser. I’m completely blown away by everyone’s generosity that is benefiting Her Song, one of the anti-human trafficking ministries of the Tim Tebow foundation based in the USA.

“It means the world to me, but even more so, it is the world to these brave and courageous survivors,” she wrote on Instagram on Monday.

Demi said the campaign reached its initial goal of $26,000 (R371,317) but she wanted to keep helping.

“We’ve completely crushed all of our goals thus far, but I don’t want this to limit us. I want us to keep going, keep pushing for every image-bearer of God trapped in human trafficking, so that they can live a life of hope and freedom, just as God has called us to.”

The star believes that lazy people who aren’t fruitful in their ventures find inspiration in wishing, standing firmly by her conviction that it’s only actions that bring results.
The businesswoman shared a video of herself vibing to Somizi and Vusi Nova’s single Intandane.

“It is true that other things are central parts of our emotions, but we are often at a loss when asked to define them. As result we end up having so many wishes,” said the star.

Shauwn stated that she recently realized that wishing is a form of inspiration for the lazy mind but taking action helps one makes their dreams come true.

“I recently realised that wishing is a form of inspiration for the lazy mind but taking action, persisting and finding alternative routes to your destination against all odds is the definition of a successful venture,” she wrote.
