South African singer, actor and dancer Kelly Khumalo was born on the 11th of November 1982. Native of Spruit view, East Rand. Spruit view. She rocketed to prominence after her debut album T.K.O was released (2005).

The singer died after suffering from Angioimmunoblastic T-Cell Lymphoma.

His death was announced in a statement signed by Dr. kayide Fasasi on his family’s behalf.

In the statement he said, “It is with huge heard that we disclose the death of our many talented veteran rapper, singer, songwriter Olanrewaju Fasasi also known as Sound Sultan.

“He is left with wife, three children and his siblings.

“We, his relative will thank the utmost privacy as we encounter this huge loss.”

In May, reports was circulated that had it that Sound Sultan was diagnosed with cancer and was admitted in United States hospital for treatments.

The reports made many people to wish him well and also pray for his quick recovery through the post’s comment section.

In response, the singer posted on his Instagram page saying, “I will not ignore the massive love shown to me. I appreciate you all. I wish to tell you my story myself it would be true but not lie.”
