Nokwazi Kalawa has taken to her social media to celebrate herself as she turns a year older today.

The lovely Nokwazi is a talented South African house and afro-soul artist born18 July 1978 in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu Natal.

She is perhaps the infamous talented vocalist who spend two decades backing up stars such as Brenda Fassie and Rebecca Malope.

Nonetheless, she finally came into the spotlight when she featured on Heavy K’s hits ‘Inde lendlela’ and ‘Sweetie’.

However the star is turning 43-year-old and many of her fans are proud of how far she has come in the industry.
