Uzalo actress Gugu Gumede mourns a tragic death

Unfortunately, things might not go as we planned but death shouldn’t be proud of dismantling our families and loved ones. The much-loved actress Gugu Gumede better known as MaMlambo from SABC 1’s Uzalo, the most-watched soapie in South Africa at the moment, has sadly received the horrific news that no child would like to hear. That death has struck in her home, and this hasn’t been something that she can easily digest. It’s a painful journey that no one deserves to encounter in their lives. It has been reported that Gugu has lost her mother Zanele Magwaza-Msibi, who was the National Freedom Party (NFP) leader. It is believed that she passed away after she was admitted to the Umhlanga Hospital in Durban.

Even though she stayed at the hospital for two weeks, there was still hope from his loved ones that she would make it. Well, the NFP secretary-general Canaan Mdletshe has confirmed the death of Magwaza-Msibi which occurred on Monday morning. However, Mdletshe stated that her death came as a shock to the members of the party, as they were hoping that she would recover from her sickness. According to Mdletshe, it seems like Magwaza-Msibi died due to cardiac arrest.

Also, the NFP MP Munzoor Shaik Emam said the 59-year-old politician’s death was linked to COVID-19 and it’s unfortunate that the party has lost its core founder and an amazing leader. Magwaza-Msibi will be remembered as a selfless leader, who tried by all means to help different communities where she could. The Zululand region will feel the most of her death, as she left a remarkable mark within them. Sadly, she has never fully recovered from the stroke she had suffered in 2014, which affected her mobility. Hence she was barely seen in public, even though she still put in the work behind the scenes. “She had not been well. I am advised it is Covid-19 related. She has been in the ICU and unfortunately this morning she passed away… [It] was indeed a great shock [tinged] with sadness,” said Shaik Emam talking to the media.

Musa Mseleku, a self-proclaimed polygamy trendsetter and his wives obviously four of them, MaCele, MaYeni, MaKhumalo and MaNgwabe are turning tombs anti-magic popular reality show Uthando Nesthembu.

According to the publication in the last few seasons, Musa has expressed his desire of having wife number 5 but the eldest wife has always been against the idea of him having wife number 5.

According to Instagram, Musa posted and asked his friends to please help him look for wife number 5, “please help me look for my fifth wife, my wife MaCele says I will never get married again,” he wrote.

According to Celebsnow media publication, we recall last year a woman by the name of Nhlanhla Ngwenya was rumoured to be Musa’s Firth wife, she’s no stranger to the celebrity world and she’s a communications coordinator at tourism Kwazulu-Natal.
