Perfect replacement for Somizi on Idols SA

More calls to have him become the permanent judge on Idols SA after he impressed.

Johannesburg- As Idols SA season 17 are about to come to an end, with only few weeks left, it looks like Mzansi has made their decision on who they want to replace Somizi.

On the episode that was on Sunday, the 24th October, we saw House of Zwide’s actor, Khaya Dladla becomes one of the guest judges and he did impress.

The first half of the show saw the contestants strip down some of Mzansi’s best hits to their bare essence in line with the unplugged theme. In the second half of the show, they gave a nod to Pride Month by upping the ante with “impersonations”, performing songs from artists who are part of – or are allies of – the LGBTQI+ community. Adding that extra layer of flair was the Mzansi Gay Choir, who for the third year in a row graced the Idols SA stage as back-up performers.

The first round went very smoothly, as judges Unathi Nkayi and Randall Abrahams, and guest judge Khaya Dladla did not hold back on their compliments.

Indeed it was worth it considering how well the contestants performed and gave their best in this rendition performance.

Unathi described Karabo’s rendition of Amanda Black’s ‘Thandwa Ndim’ as incredibly powerful, while Randall remarked that everything about Daylin Sass’s performance of Liquideep ‘Fairytale’ was good. S’22Kile struck gold with her take on Bucie’s ‘Easy to Love’, with both Randall and Unathi saying it was her best performance to date, and Khaya calling her “precious”.

The shower of compliments continued, with Berry being told she was the complete package and overflowing with talent after she sang Craig Lucas’s ‘Happy’. After Kevin’s rendition of Afrotraction’s ‘Mnike’, Khaya called him a superstar and Unathi remarked there was nothing negative she could say about his phenomenal performance.

Unfortunately, Nqobie did not get the chance to perform, having being eliminated in that episode.

Nqobile became a household name with a legion of fans on the show however it was sad to see her exit during last night’s episode.

A poor area of Cape Town, South Africa, is the home of Winnie Ntshaba, who grew up there. The cooking oil in her body lotion and orange pap she ate when she was younger were childhood favorites. As a child, she had to deal with a number of difficulties. As an alternative, she holds her mother in high regard due to the fact that she is never far away from them at any one time. She was usually on top of things when it came to feeding them. Winnie Ntshaba has taken her life and education seriously despite being from a poor village.

She’d made a commitment to herself before she even started her degree program: she wouldn’t date until she finished it. It was Ntshaba’s older sister who inspired her to continue her education after seeing how hard her villagemates worked to get their degrees. Because life doesn’t always follow a plan, she ended up marrying a photojournalist called Thabo Modise in 2007. They started dating in her third year of college. It ended up being a short-lived union as the pair divorced in 2014. They were parents to just one child. An epiphany came to Winnie when she lost her mother in November of 2017. She had several epiphanies about how life is truly unpredictable and why we should live exclusively for our well-being and happiness.

Take a look at some candid photos of Winnie taken in her daily life.

Connie Ferguson gives her fans proof of life ever since her husband died. She looks amazing.

Hope heals all wounds especially when given time. As people we tend to move away from God when we are facing endless hardships. We forget that as much as we go through the best moments, we also go through the bad ones as well. A balance is needed in life.

Connie Ferguson has gone through the worst when she lost her husband, Shona. We know the wound is still strong, but she’s slowly picking up the pieces. She has taken her faith and leaned more on God. Sir Trill turned into a laughing stock after the Twitter president leaked his original pictures.

e often see many musicians being trolled on the streets of Twitter. We have seen the likes of Shimza being trolled about dating politicians, DJ Maphorisa being mocked for dating Thuli P and being mocked for supporting the ANC. However nobody never expected Sir trill to be a victim as he’s still a new leaf in the entertainment industry.

Ever since the amapiano movement began In 2019 it has been doing well, making people dance across the globe but the pioneers of amapiano couldn’t have done it without vocals like sir trill pulling the strings behind the mic. Sir Trill has been regarded as one of best vocalists Mzansi has ever had. He is well known for his sweet – soothing voice and his good charming looks.

Sir trill has not only been regarded as the best vocalist of all time but also has the most cutest and handsome vocalist of all time. However his good looks were nowhere to be found as the black Twitter president turned him into a laughing stock last night on the streets of Twitter.

But it’s very logical, because for most of them the face and body is their hallmark, they should always be the best. However, it becomes difficult when you change so much that you are no longer recognized.

Busiswa Gqulu, born 8 November 1988 and popularly known as Busiswa or Busi, is a South African singer, songwriter, and poet. Born in Mtata, Eastern Cape, South Africa. After spending years as an underrated artist, she received public recognition for her role in DJ Zinhle’s song “My Name Is” after being spotted by Kalawa CEO Jazmee Oskido.

A few months ago Busiswa embarked on a wonderful weight loss journey and the popular South African personel looked absolutely stunning at the beginning. However, fans are starting to think that now she might have done something totally wrong.

In 2020 Busiswah worked with South African Amapiano musician Gaba Cannal on the single Umhlaba Wonke. In the same year she released her third studio album, My Side Of The Story, which was composed of AmaPiano songs, with a move from gqom dance and sound to AmaPiano. The album was supported by two singles, “Sbwl,” including Kamo Mphela [and “Makazi,” in which she included Mr. JazziQ and for her efforts producing this album, she was nominated for Best Female Act at the MTV Africa Music Awards.

If two pictures of Busiswa before and after the weight loss journey are compared, it is clearly evident that something is wrong with Busiswa. She is now unrecognizable and fans and medai platforms are worried about her as they all try to get a hint of what went wrong with her weight loss program, because she Doesn’t look like the old Busiswa that everyone fell in love with.
