Reality show star, Shauwn Mkhize has apparently put up an offer to buy Eskom.

Reality show star, Shauwn Mkhize has apparently put up an offer to buy Eskom. This was mentioned by someone on social media and has not to be said nor confirmed by herself or any other person of that caliber. As much as this may be true or false, because it is still unconfirmed, the chances of her buying the entity were discussed by some people on social media. And, this is what they had to say.

Apparently MaMkhize has put up an offer to buy Eskom. šŸ”„

— Dr Daniel Marven (PhD) (@danielmarven) October 28, 2021

She is a very popular South African businesswoman. Not only this, but she has grown to be a reality television star and an ultimate favorite of many as her wealth speaks for itself. She has had numerous associations ever since she became well known, most probably through her reality shows, ā€œKwa MaMkhizeā€ that aired on one of DSTV’s channels.

Eskom is a public company and it’s supported/funded by the government so they can’t privatise it by selling it to her because it will no longer be supported/funded by the government and definitely prices for buying electricity will increase because she’s on her self

To further discuss the possibilities of this, the Eskom website confirms that the largest shareholder of the entity is the South African government. It is actually one hundred percent (100%) state-owned.

To sum up, the chances of MamKhize buying the entity would be too small and may bring about huge economical and political changes to South Africa. Simply because it is represented by a public servant (minister). This is the Minister of Public Enterprises.

Age difference between actor Tshepo Mosese and wife Salamina Mosese surprise fans

In recent years dating someone older than you as a man has become fashionable. However, this global trend has spared Mzansi. Of late, we have seen some of our favourite celebrities dating and going as far as marrying older women. No doubt love is blind.

Who knew that our very own on-screen fav Lerumo happens to be a ben 10 somehow. Yes, he is a ben 10 to her wife, should we say, baby mama.

Tshepo Mosese is a celebrated South African musician, songwriter and actor famous best-known for his on-screen character Lerumo on etv’s drama series Scandal.

Calm and collected, one would never imagine that he can spit bars. The celebrated musician recently called it quits to his on-screen character so that he could pursue his passion for music. The actor shocked Mzansi when he announced his exit from the drama series after 13-years of unmatched talent.Howza

However, of interest is his off-screen life that has got Mzansi talking. We can all agree that those charming looks always leave a lot to be desired. Sorry ladies, he is off the market and is married to Salamina Mosese. The couple is a testament to the fact that true love still exists, especially in celebville.

The two are kicking it like EA, and they started dating back then when they met as Backstage cast. I one of the interviews, the power couple made it known that they wanted to commit to each other and make their relationship work from the word go.Salamina and Howza Mosese.

Salamina has openly admitted that Lerumo smote her. At the same time, Tshepo couldn’t believe his luck when he befriended, and the actor got the shocker of his life when the two decided to take things to the next level. The couple has been married for 13-years.

A few years ago, the couple made all sorts of headlines when they won the Inspirational Couple of The Year Award at the I Do Awards. After it seems as if Lerumo happens to be a ben 10 since he is younger, we can all agree that age is just a number, right?

It seems as if that’s one of the shocking revelations of our time. The actor was born on 19 July 1983, whilst his wife Salamina was born on 19 June 1983. This makes Tsepo one month younger than his wife.

Owami Mafokate speaks on why her amapiano award

Owami Mafokate has managed to carve a name for herself as a DJ in the entertainment industry, following in her father’s musical footsteps.

At the inaugural SA Amapiano Awards on Sunday, Owami was crowned as this year’s best female DJ, which is something she says will lead her a step closer to becoming an international star.

ā€œFunny enough I didn’t care if I got it or not, the fact that I got nominated just meant that I’m deserving enough to be the best female in amapiano … even when I went to the SA Amapiano Awards, I just wanted to have fun,ā€ she said.Owami Mafokate

ā€œI got kind of nervous when that time around came [to announce the winner]. Things were real then and when I got it, I was shook. It only registered the next day, so it’s been really good ā€¦ā€

The DJ says she’s glad to have a father like Arthur Mafokate who, even though he is known as a legend in the music industry, does not put pressure on her.

ā€œMy dad is very happy and so supporting. He didn’t put any pressure on me or make it seem as if it’d be disappointing if I didn’t win. So when I hugged him I almost cried.ā€

Growing up, Owami would dip her fingers in many musical facets but she says it was becoming a DJ that stuck for her.

ā€œI’ve grown up in a family that is all about music. I have been learning a lot … it would feel odd if I didn’t choose this route … little seven-year-old Owami knew she was going to be this because I loved doing other things … my dad gave me many options of how to get there.ā€

She juggles her BCom in entrepreneurship studies and being a business woman running an events management, marketing communications business and a clothing brand with the demands of being a DJ.

ā€œI want to go to school, finish school … I want to build an empire. Business is actually my end goal. Seeing that I’m slowly stepping into my own field is weird but cool.

ā€œIt’s been very weird [growing up with father in the entertainment industry] because normally when I’d go out, people will notice and single me out as ā€˜Arthur Mafokate’s child’ or approach me to ask me about my dad but recently it’s been people recognising me from TikTok.ā€

Owami released her 7-track debut album Ready on her birthday in September having worked on the project since 2019, and this year was her time to show the world what she is made of.

ā€œI felt ready to get out there as an artist instead of a DJ alone. It felt like the right time … I don’t consider myself an amapiano DJ because I still really need to learn and do other genres. I wouldn’t close myself into that space.ā€

ā€œMy parents would advise me not to pursue a career in the entertainment industry. I haven’t really got the horrible stuff yet … I feed myself the positive stuff that I hear.ā€

Durban Gen actress Fanele Ntuli (Dr Zondo) ventures into cattle farming

Actress Fanele Ntuli is famous for playing the role of intern Dr Thandekile Zondo on etv telenovela Durban Gen. She is a career-driven young woman to be the best doctor.

Dr Zondo has little to no time for the petty drama that goes on in the hospital. She tries to outshine every intern in the hospital by working hard to land the most complicated surgeries and medical cases.Fanele Ntuli1

The first season of Durban Gen sees her trying to pursue a love relationship with a surgeon, Dr Mthembu – the role played by Cedric Fourie who entered Durban Gen as a patient after he suffered an accident.

Romantic sparks started flying between them while he was covered with bandages from head to toe. After Dr Mthembu recovers, he pursues Dr Zondo romantically, but after going on a date, she realizes that she is not interested in the handsome surgeon. She was indeed interested in Dr Ngcobo, a fellow intern and the person she thought she hated and was competing against.

The two start sneaking around and hiding their chemistry from their friends and continue acting like they immensely dislike each other. They come out to their housemate and friend, Dr Mthetwa, but their relationship ended when Dr Ngcobo left the hospital and relocated.

Currently, Thandekile is back to being the focused career-oriented intern while helping her friend Mbali deal with her issues.

Fanele Ntuli is a chilled mother of one 3-year-old boy and a focused farmer by profession in real life. When she is not busy shooting for Durban Gen scenes, she will be active at her farm in her rural home in KwaZulu Natal’s Chibili area.

Comedian Sifiso Nene in baby mama drama

Award-winning stand-up comedian Sifiso Nene is ready to leave comedy lovers in stitches again.

He is returning with his comedy project Baby Mama Drama.

He said after the successful first instalment, he decided to come back with the second one.

ā€œI thought after I exhausted all the drama tendencies of baby mamas on Baby Mama Drama 1 six years ago, it would be difficult to come up with a second round. But there’s a lot of drama related to baby mamas, especially during this Covid-19 pandemic period,ā€ said Sifiso.

The Baby Mama Drama 2 show will be held at the Lyric Theatre in Gold Reef City in Joburg on 27 November.

He said comedy lovers can expect to laugh their lungs out.

The comedian from KZN launched his career in 2009 when he won SABC1’s So You Think You’re Funny where he won R100 000.

Sifiso’s comedy skills also landed him a role in David Kau’s film Taxi Ride, where he played the role of arrogant taxi driver Bhakabhaka.

He also won two Comics’ Choice Awards in 2012 and 2013 in the Audience Choice category.

He said Baby Mama Drama 2 is not only about making fun of the drama, but will also assist with solutions for people facing that kind of drama.

Tickets for the show are available at Computicket at R200 and R240.
