Thando Thabethe interviewed Tyler Perry about his new movie called A Madea Homecoming. Tyler Perry is one of the most influential producers and filmmakers of our generation.

Madea Homecoming is the 12th in the series of Madea Movies. In 2019 Tyler Perry announced that he was retiring the old loudmouth. It has now been revealed that she is back and louder than ever.

 

 

 

Thando Thabethe sat down with Tyler Perry on her Drive with Thando show on 947.

Tyler has been playing the character of Madea for over a decade now.

Thando couldn’t contain her excitement and went straight into business.

Thando asked Tyler Perry what he thinks the difference between releasing the film for a streaming service and cinema.

Tyler explained that there is not much difference except that the film gets to reach everyone around the world at once on a streaming service.

Tyler Perry plays multiple characters in the Madea franchise. One of the most memorable ones that he plays is Joe, who is the brother of Madea. Joe is also Brian’s father, and Brian is one of the characters also played by Tyler Perry.

Tyler explained how he never follows the rules when making his films. A Madea Homecoming follows her great-grandson’s graduation celebration from college. In true Madea fashion, all hell breaks loose as the family meets in her house for this celebration.

A Madea Homecoming might be a comedy, but it tackles serious issues like Race, the LGBTQ, and the subject of Marijuana.

When Thando asked him why he brought back the character after he said he was done with her, Tyler Perry said he wanted to get some positivity back because the world had become so sad due to the Covid19 pandemic and other things that are keeping the world scared.

Thando Thabethe uploaded highlights of their conversation on her Instagram page, and her excitement is palpable. She has described Tyler as one of her favorite people.

The movie debuted on Netflix on the 22nd of February 2022. You can watch the interview in its entirety on the 947 websites.

Somizi Mhlongo shared on his instagram page that he re-designed his wedding ring.

Somizi and Mohale both bought their wedding rings from Nungu Diamonds. They designed and made the rings for both Mohale and somizi. Since the divorce, people were probably wondering what somizi and Mohale were going to do with their diamonds.

But it seems Somizi had a plan. Somizi took his ring back to Nungu diamonds and they re-designed the ring and made it into a beautiful promise ring.

Somizi’s wedding ring was a rose gold diamond and it had Mohale’s name on it. The new promise ring is a white gold diamond ring. Somizi also removed the big diamond at the center of the ring and made it into more of a band type ring. Fans loved this for somizi.

DJ Lamiez is currently the beat DJ in South Africa. Her style of entertaining her fans while DJ’ng is what brought so much attention from fans and loving her to this extend . However as a celebrity, there’s a point where you have to draw the line and that is something that most fans will never agree with you as they believe you became successful because of them.
Yesterday  fans were left shocked and speechless after Lamiez went to Perfom at Maongo Amatsapa Lodge . Upon her arrival , fans welcomed her with warm hearts but Unfortunately for her, she chose to give them a very weird reactions which ruined the whole mood of the people . Her performance was live so you could see everything from when she enters the stage and when she started to DJ. There was a lady on a dress who first approached her asking for a picture. The look Lamiez gave her was not pleasant at all. Poor lady had to even pretended that she was taking pictures with someone else other than Lamiez.

When fans saw this, they started making comments grilling Lamiez on the live video saying that Lamiez was acting like an American celebrity who gets paid in dollars. According to them, she was very cold towards her fans and that is not a good thing to do especially when those people are the reason you get booked and paid at the end of the day . There are those who believes her behaviour was because she had came with her husband Khuli Chana, but even so, it was just not ok for her to have dismissed and looked down on her fans like that . Again her fan is also being blamed for not greeting her as she just started taking pictures when she saw Lamiez comes in.

Opinion:

I think being a person who works with people should teach people to be extra careful out there , fans can make or break you and your career if you are not being careful. Lamiez was just trying to be a DJ and a wife at the same time of which seemed to have not worked . Next time she should leave hubby at home and go give her full attention to her fans without having to look around her shoulder just in case she does something wrong in the eyes of her husband.

It appears that Mihlali has been wrongfully interpreted or she just enjoys tweeting what she tweets about. It seems like Mihlali has been getting the heat from South Africans on her tweets about Riky Rick because on the day he died she tweeted that Ziyakhala manje and she got blasted in the comment section,only to find out that she’s talking about her arm.

However now she’s back with another tweet and this time around South Africans went in too deep on her. 2 days ago ,Mihlali tweeted that she wished that she could have given Riky a hug before he died but South Africans took the duty of reminding her that Riky was nothing to her.

”I wish I could’ve given him a hug or something man, Yho ha.a,” she tweeted.

As South Africans were commenting their thoughts in the comment section another twitter user appeared to have had enough about Mihali’s tweets and went to compare her with Trash, saying he even doubted that Riky would have accepted her hug as he appeared to be a guy who doesn’t eat out of trash cans.

“I’m sure you do.I’m not sure though if he would have accepted the offer,he didn’t strike me as the sort of guy who would eat out of trash cans,” he wrote.

Opinion

I think the guy who compared Mihali to trash was right because none of her tweets makes sense and she appears to be an attention seeker.
