It is indeed true when they say teachers are not safe at all in school and remember school is supposed to be a safe space for both school learners and teachers. It is only fair that their lives should be protected at all times. A video of school learners fighting in front of their teacher went viral and trended on social media. Learners were seen fighting in a manner that could have left another one injured.

Let it be known that many school learners have been badly injured because of fights and although the school try by all means to shed some light and educating learners from fighting, it seems to be not working. On the video another school learner was seen doing the unexpected to the teacher. He immediately threw himself to the teacher and forced him to carry him on his back. On the video he was spotted trying to choke the teacher however it was clear that he was not aware that he is putting his life at a risk. This has left many people really concerned about the lives of teachers.

 

 

 
It’s a clear indication that schools are no longer safe for both children and teachers. Teachers are more scared for their lives as nowadays school children tend to do as they please. They are blaming their parents for the lack of discipline and bad manners. They believe that parents are not doing enough when it comes to teaching their children a good way to live with others more especially elders. It is their duty to make sure that their children are harmless to others in schools and always try by all means to live peacefully with others.

Opinion : A harsh punishment needs to be implemented to those who pose a risk to the lives of others in schools. Remember a school is supposed to be a safe space for all people. Schools should implement strict rules that will ensure the safety of both teachers and learners. Also parents need to pull up their socks when it comes raising their children with discipline. Well the good news is that after his pictures started to circulate and causing mixed reactions the young man has been offered a job. Those who has been laughing at him will be pleased to hear that he has been given an offer to study for his masters in the UK full sponsorship.
