Boxing legend Thulani Malinga popularly known as Sugarboy has reportedly bagged a cameo appearance of the most watched soapie Uzalo. Back in the 90s he competed with heavyweight champions and won the WBC super-middleweight title. At the age of 66, he holds 19 wins and 57 fights both locally and abroad. According to insiders, he has shot his scenes two weeks back and is expected to act alongside Nkuzi (played by Masoja Msiza). Their publicist has futher pointed out that the main reasons to cast the boxing legend is to capture audiences that are into the sport. Another big reveal that will stun a lot of people is that Wiseman Ncube is set to make a return. This was rather surrounded by a lot of speculation because it was announced that he has left the show.

On other news, Uzalo has been trending ever since it was uncovered that some of the cast members contracts were not renewed. This includes that of Menzi Biyela and Nompilo Maphumulo. As it stands an official report detailing their exit hasn’t been posted by the channel.

The new actor on the South African soap opera Skeem, Saam Kganyago whose real name is Sello Maake ka Ncube and his wife Pearl Mbewe on loving each other against all odds.

No matter what people may think or say about the age difference, the couple clearly loves each other. Sello Maake kaNcube, is a 65-year-old South African actor, has just rekindled his romance. Sello and Mpho have an age difference of 36.

Sello spoke fondly of his love for his current wife Mpho. To the couple, everything is easy. He truly values and appreciates his wife.

Sello has joined the popular SABC1 show Skeem Sam and he is the love interest of the former principal Thobakgale.

Most of us knew him as Archie Moroka from the popular Generations. He was part of the first cast of the show back in the nineties. It is good to see that even at 65 he is still able to delight thousands of fans with his craft.

A woman on Facebook recently had a lot of people impressed after posting her daughter’s room. She posted pictures of the room with the caption “My 9 year old daughter’s bedroom. Corrections highly appreciated.” See the post she made on Facebook down below.

The rise FM breakfast show has passed on!

Senzosenkosi Majola otherwise called Victor Rose Junior has passed on.

Mpumalanga’s business radio broadcast, Rise FM’s morning meal, Senzosenkosi Majola has passed on.

Majola who was lovingly known as Victor Rose Junior passed on at a KwaZulu-Natal emergency clinic on Friday morning, 11 November.

 

The station affirmed his passing on their web-based entertainment pages.

“It is with extraordinary pity that we have lost a goliath of a spirit in you, Victor Rose Jnr SA.

“He was a sibling to all, and an astounding individual both on and behind closed doors. We wish you goodbye in your excursion to eternity…you will constantly be, in our souls, looking after us.”

Victor Rose Jr who has been in the media space for north than 20 years joined the station in 2019, doing end-of-the-week breakfast.

He then moved to the Morning meal Show in 2020 December, co-facilitating it with JT Lubisi.

Prior to joining the station, Victor worked with a few local area radio broadcasts in Durban, for example, Inanda FM, Durban Youth Radio, Itheku Radio and business stations.

Majola’s family has since requested protection during this troublesome time.
