There is a new couple in town. Model and Top Billing present Maps Maponyane and former Miss South Africa Shudufhadzo Musida are said to be dating. ZiMoja sources spotted the couple all lovey-dovey at the Durban July event in KwaZulu Natal over the weekend.

THEY COULDN’T KEEP THEIR HANDS OFF EACH OTHER

“These people are in love, they were all over each other like a bad rush,” says a source who spotted them on a FlySafair flight on Sunday. “They tried to act normal but language was not allowing them. They kept on touching and stroking each other’s hands, friends don’t behave like that unless there is more,” adds the source.

MATCHING OUTFITS

Another source says the two were even spotted rocking matching denim jackets when they traveled together from Durban to Johannesburg on Sunday morning following the extravagant weekend. “They managed to keep a low profile but we kept on bumping into them, they make a cute couple I won’t lie,” says the source. The pair have been linked to other people before, with Maps publicly dating Shaka Ilembe actress Nomzamo Mbatha for years before they broke up. The Limpopo-born was rumoured to be dating businessman and philanthropist Collen Mashawana.

ZiMoja has learnt that the two have been dating for a while and managed to keep their relationship a secret from the prying media. When called for comment, the former beauty queen dismissed us and refused to confirm or deny the rumours while Maps became evasive.

Senzo: Murder of a Soccer Star, the Netflix documentary shed light on how everyone knew Senzo loved women and Mandisa knew about his cheating. She appeared to be unbothered about the cheating, although she allegedly found hotel receipts in his laundry.

Kelly Khumalo claimed Mandisa was stalking her and once tried to push her off the road. The singer did not know Senzo was married when she was dating him until that incident.

“We were in a convoy with Senzo and this woman comes up and is like ‘what the hell’ and then I phone him. Like due, what the hell is going on? So we all stopped on the side of the road, I came out to say ‘okay sisi, what is the problem? Why are you trying to push me off the road? Thats when it came out,” said Kelly in a previous interview shown on the Netflix documentary.

“When she started calling me names…you stole my husband. I’m like woah,” she continued.
