She recently hogged headlines when she revealed her daughter with Yende for the third. After being dropped on Instagram, viral photos of Kelly Khumalo with her daughter made rounds on social media.

Weeks later, she is topping trends after her video with her daughter Thingo went viral. Kelly Khumalo shares Thingo with the late Orlando Pirates shot-stopper Senzo Meyiwa.

She went to the spa for her new lashes and tagged Thingo. Thingo was wearing a grey dress, while Khumalo was in denim.

South Africans were more than impressed with her ‘mother and daughter’ goals. However, this is not the first time the two have hogged headlines. A few months ago, Kelly Khumalo shared a video of Thingo showing off her exceptional footballing skills. She is undoubtedly a baller and has a talent to show for it.

In a now-viral video, Thingo wowed many with her drills and skills, which convinced many that she is a Banyana Banyana star in the making. The video thrust Thingo into the limelight as her father was involved.

Food at Somizi’s R700 event disappoints

A local TikTok user recently headed online to express her disappointment at the food which was served at Somizi’s recent Shades of Pink event. According to the app user, she paid R700 to attend what she expected to be a top tier event but was super disappointed when she saw the buffet.


 

 

 
The food was thoroughly grilled in the comment section by fellow app users who laughed at her for paying that much for “low budget food”. Some questioned whether or not she is just trying to sabotage Somizi.
For over a month local media personality Somizi Mhlongo advertised his 50 Shades of Pink event which promised people great entertainment, enjoyable food and an amazing vibe.

This certainly wasn’t the case for one TikToker who headed online to complain about not only the food at the event but also the vibe.

Taking to the app, she wrote, “Somizi charged R700 p/p but the food looked like this.” When asked how the overall event was, she replied:

“Just too much drunkards there, very chaotic.”

According to many of them, she should never have bought the tickets in the first place.

Others however questioned whether or not this was the actual food while some wrote that the decor was at least aesthetically pleasing.

“Had a nice time but food was not giving at all we couldn’t even finish. Hire a better caterer next time and you promised to make it up to us and you didn’t keep your promise. Anyway it was lovely meeting you and I hope to see more of yo,” one person wrote while another added:
