Miss SA: Natasha Joubert touches down in Mauritius first class

Miss SA Natasha Joubert flew first class to Mauritius where she has been enjoying holiday resorts and put in some work for a few photoshoots – as seen in Instagram posts on Tuesday 5 September.Beauty queen Natasha Joubert, who was crowned Miss SA 2023 on 13 August at the finale of the pageant held at the SunBet Arena in Pretoria, has jetted off to Mauritius. It seems her first class flight to the island paradise was sponsored by South African Airways (SAA).


 

That didn’t seem to be the only sponsorship she bagged, it appears her stay was sponsored by Sugar Beach Mauritius and travel agency World Leisure Holidays. Take a look…Bryoni Govender was the runner up, who will be representing South Africa at Miss Universe, while Nade Mabala was placed as the second runner up.INSIDE MISS SA’S MAURITIUS STAY
So, what has she been getting up to in Mauritius? Well, she seems to be busy with some swimsuit photoshoots.

“It’s wedding season” – Natasha Thahane flaunts Instagram story

Natasha Thahane is one of amongst a myriad of women who believe that love is a beautiful thing and do not deprive themselves of falling in love despite of how they may get hurt in certain relationships. The South African actress is definitely off the market and has been in a relationship with the South African professional Orlando Pirates footballer, Thembinkosi Lorch. After flaunting their relationship back in 2021 on social media, Natasha Thahane announced their pregnancy in April of 2022. This year they celebrated their son’s first birthday in their beautiful home located in Sandton.


Love is definitely in the air for the Blood and Water actress and she cannot help it but flaunt it on her Instagram. Natasha Thahane is constantly sharing videos of herself accompanied by love songs and she always flaunts pictures of herself holding a bunch of roses. She has said it a multiple times that she loves and enjoys being loved and she also enjoys her relationship with her partner.The former Skeem Saam actress has recently shared a video on her Instagram story, singing along to a wedding song that is playing on the background. She looks very excited and has opened her smile to its maximum point and one can tell that she indeed is in love. Natasha Thahane is not only singing along to the wedding song but she also wrote “It’s wedding season” as a caption. Miss SA Natasha Joubert jets off to Mauritius

Natasha Joubert, who made the Miss SA top three in 2020, was crowned Miss SA 2023 at the SunBet Arena at Time Square in Pretoria on Sunday, 13 August. While Bryoni Govender, who was the runner up has been announced as SA’s representative for Miss Universe.


 

 

 

 

 
Here’s all you need to know.Natasha has begun her reign as Miss SA with interviews and appearances. While Miss Universe announced that Bryoni Govender will be representing South Africa at the international pageant to be held in El Salvador, central America in November this year.

Nande Mabala from the Western Cape was the second runner-up.

According to the Miss South Africa website, the organisation is a leadership platform for ambitious young South African women. So, five of the Top 12 were eliminated from the pageant.

RIP: Nine local celebs who have died in 2023 in SA

It already been nine months since the new year began and several South African celebrities have died since January. Here is a list of nine local celebs who have died in Mzansi in 2023…


1. AKA
On 10 February, South African rapper Kiernan Jarryd Forbes who was best known as AKA was shot and killed outside Wish restaurant in Durban, on Florida road by an unknown gunman. His murder came as a shock as his life was cut short in a successful plot to kill him.

2. TEBELLO ‘TIBZ’ MOTSOANE
Celebrity Chef, Tebello ‘Tibz’ Motsoane was gunned down in Durban with his long-term friend, slain rapper AKA –real name Kiernan Jarryd Forbes.

3. MARK PILGRIM
Mark Pilgrim passed on peacefully on Sunday, 5 March at his home after a distressing fight with stage four lung cancer. The veteran radio personality was initially diagnosed with cancer in 1998 and fought long and hard before he was finally laid to rest.

4. COSTA TITCH
Costa Titch—real name Costantinos Tsobanoglou suddenly died in front of a large crowd during his performance at the Ultra Music Festival in Johannesburg on 11 March. He was only 28 years old when he died and was suspected of having died due to an epileptic seizure which his mother does not believe to be the cause of his death.

5. ANGIE OEH
Afrikaans singer Angelique Greeff, best known as Angie Oeh was pronounced dead on 19 August just days after she revealed she had been diagnosed with cancer. She took her last breath at Life Wilgers Hospital in Pretoria around 17:24.

6. DEREK WATSS
Veteran and seasoned journalist Derek Watts died at 74 years old surrounded by his loved ones. In 2022, he was diagnosed with skin cancer that rapidly spread to his lungs. He died on Tuesday, 22 August.

Season 12 Idols SA contestant, Tersius Eathon Kocks’ lifeless body was discovered in his house on Sunday, 27 August. The 35-year-old was said to have battled with mental health and depression, Sunday World reported.

8. BOTHA ROSSOUW
53-year-old, former Rugby player, Botha Rossouw died on 29 August due to a pulmonary embolism, Style You 7 reported. He

9. MBULELI MATHANGA
29-year-old athlete and 2023 Half Marathon champion, Mbuleli Mathanga was found hanging dead in his girlfriend’s room on 31 August in what is suspected to be a successful suicide.
