Fans are convinced that the pair are planning to have another baby soon. This would be their second child together, but Cannon’s 13th child.

“Looks like baby #2s gonna be coming soon 💕,” wrote @mrsgabbygabriel.

South Africans have come to know and love local artist Rasta — real name Lebani Thaka David Sirenje. He has made a name for himself as one of the country’s most popular artists with his unique portraits of the local rich and famous. This week the artist paid tribute to the late business tycoon Raymond Ackerman.

Ackerman passed away on 6 September at the age of 92 and will be remembered for his contribution to the business world.

 

 

RASTA PAYS TRIBUTE TO RAYMOND ACKERMAN
If there is one thing about Rasta, it’s that he never allows critics to deter him from painting those he deems worthy of his paint and canvases.

In the past, he has been ridiculed for some of his paintings and yet he continues to put his paint brushes to work.

His most recent portrait was dedicated to the late Pick n Pay founder Raymond Ackerman who died earlier this month at 92 years old.

Taking to social media app Twitter — as he usually does — Rasta shared photos of his work. He captioned the post:

As usual, those in the comment section failed to see the artistic side of his art and made this known with harsh — and funny — comments.

“That’s not Raymond Ackerman. This guy is really taking chances. Ask him to draw Mangosuthu Buthelezi,I want to see something” one person remarked. Another added:

“Rasta has issues with Raymond Ackerman clearly”.

NOT HIS FIRST RODEO
This wouldn’t be the first time his work received a thumbs down. Last month Rasta painted the viral Albany Bread girl Lethuthukhanya Mjaji and became the nation’s laughing stock.

In a past interview with The South African, he made it clear that being mocked doesn’t bother him in the slightest.

“I have gained many fans over the years. I’m happy about it, it makes me feel I’m appreciated. When it comes to the critics, whether or not they like my art, it’s up to them,” he told a TSA reporter.

Nandipha Magudumana
The fact that disgraced aesthetics doctor, Nandipha Magudumana, did not use her passport when she crossed at least three borders, proves that she is a flight risk.

 

 
This was one of the deciding factors that Magistrate Estelle de Lange focused on when she denied Magudumana bail in the Bloemfontein Magistrate’s Court on Monday morning.

Magudumana is one of the alleged masterminds behind the grand prison escape of , Thabo Bester.

She claims Bester kidnapped her and forced her to flee the country but could not provide sufficient evidence to support her claims.

In delivering her judgment, Magistrate Estelle de Lange found Magudumana remained a flight risk, despite her passport being confiscated.

“This is an interesting one. Her passport was confiscated by authorities, so she doesn’t have a passport anymore in her possession. But the evidence indicates that she does not need a passport of her own to leave the borders of this country and to travel across borders.”

She said this was a clear indication that Magudumana would likely evade trial.

“This passport that was confiscated had no indication that she crossed any borders legally. It’s a good indication that she has the necessary means, the know-how, to leave the country.”

Magudumana is expected to remain in detention at the Bizzah Makhate Correctional Centre in Kroonstad.

Community members have welcomed the State’s decision to deny disgraced aesthetics doctor, Nandipha Magudumana, bail.

Supporters of Katlego Bereng rejoiced outside the Bloemfontein Magistrates Court on Monday morning.

Bereng’s body was illegally claimed from a mortuary by Magudumana and smuggled into Thabo Bester’s prison cell and set alight.

He died under suspicious circumstances and his post mortem revealed he suffered from blunt force trauma to the head.

Supporters of Katlego Bereng rejoiced outside the Bloemfontein Magistrates Court on Monday morning following the denial of bail for Magudumana.

Magudumana is accused of falsely claiming Bereng’s body from a state mortuary as part of the elaborate ploy to smuggle it into Thabo Bester’s prison cell at the Mangaung Correctional Centre.

Community member, Lusanda Maphisa, said Bereng’s family were still struggling to come to terms with everything.

“We are happy Nandipha did not get bail. It’s been hard. They are not yet fine about the incident.”

She said they would continue to attend court proceedings until justice was meted out against all the accused in the matter.

“The community must come in numbers to support this case because these people did not do a good thing. They must pay for what they did to Katlego.”
