ABOUT
Smoke & Mirrors is a South African soap opera set in a small mining town called Emnyameni, where a female vigilante takes on the task of ridding the city of evildoers.

At the heart of the story is Thandiswa Mseleku (played by Ayanda Bandla), a hairdresser by day, an escort by night and a girl on a mission to rid the town of the “Unholy Trinity”, a group of morally corrupt men who run Emnyameni.

Thandiswa is on a mission to rid the town of three evil men: Caesar, Jaxon and Mthetho.

Former Springboks player Tendai ‘Beast’ Mtawarira and his wife Kuziva celebrated their 13th year wedding anniversary.

On Tuesday, 12 September, retired Springbok player Tendai ‘Beast’ Mtawarira took to his Instagram page and marked his 13th year wedding anniversary with his wife Kuziva. The sweet gesture had his social media followers lost in their feelings.

The former prop and his wife celebrated yet another year of bliss. On his feed, Tendai ‘Beast’ Mtawarira gushed over his darling wife Kuziva as he went down memory lane to the day of their wedding.

“Happy Anniversary my love 🥰😘 @kuziva_mtawarira. A blast from the past. [I]can definitely say you helped me dress better since our wedding day 😂😂😭,” he joked.


He then appreciated his wife as he counted just some of the other things she brings to the table.

“I am so grateful for your love, support, and patience throughout all these last 13 years. Here is to more fun-filled adventures, travels, exploring undiscovered places…creating more memories with our lil ones. P.S. I want more kids… Thanks ✌🏼🤪. #mykarolina🎶,” he added.

Tendai ‘Beast’ Mtawarira and Kuziva already have two children, Talumba and Wangu. In several social media posts, the lovely family can be seen all around the world including destinations such as Disney World.

Besides building a name for himself in the rugby world, Beast has also made a mark as a philanthropist and an entrepreneur. Since establishing his foundation, Beast Foundation in 2020, he has made an enormous contribution to inspire and build the youth in Africa.

He ventured out into other industries and launched his own wine which he named The Beast Wine Collection. He also made it to the Forbes Africa 2021 list of 100 most influential Africans, IOL reported.

In 2011, SowetanLIVE reported that Motaung (who was 37 at the time) was engaged to American producer Ken Simmons II.

However, according to the publication, their seperation that year played out like an ugly soccer match as Simmons accused Motaung of cheating on him with with Kaizer Chiefs employee Thato Matuka.

The former couple shares twin boys named Donald and Kenneth Simmons III who were born in 2006.

NEXT KAIZER CHIEFS STRIKER?
Whilst Donald is the musical twin, according to Motaung’s interview with Kaizer Chiefs in 2017, Kenneth is athletic.

Motaung told The Glamour Boys that Kenneth loves basketball. However, the Motaung football genes also run in his blood. His maternal grandfather is described as an impressive footballer as he played for Orlando Pirates and Atlanta Chiefs back in his days before establishing Amakhosi.

In addition, his uncle, Kaizer Jr Motaung, was a striker for English Premier League (EPL) club Chelsea and Kaizer Chiefs.

According to IOL, Kenneth – who is described as a deadly striker – is following in their footsteps as he currently plays for the Chiefs’ U-17 team; winning the provincial Gauteng Development League title last year.

IDiski Times reported tgat Motaung wanted her son to start his football journey away from the pressure of playing for the club his famous grandfather has founded.

“He’s always under pressure and I didn’t want him to play for Chiefs. He didn’t play for Chiefs for years.

“He started his career at Wanderers Warriors who have done an amazing job and I must thank those people who laid the foundation, but at the same time I understand that he is a wonderful player and he must be doing his work.

“That’s the important thing for me, but he is under a lot of pressure. I want him to enjoy it and do his work. It’s not about me, it’s about him,” she said.

The video of Mbau and broadcaster Deborah Patta had scores of users reacting to how The Wife star looked before she bleached her skin.

TshisaLIVE reports that the reality TV star admitted to spending R95 000 on cosmetic surgery in 2017.

Mbau also encouraged women to be comfortable in their own skin in July 2020.
